      The perfect combination of secluded deep woods setting with easy access to Nashville, Oak Haven Bed & Breakfast offers premium lodging in beautiful Brown County. Our guests love the unique architecture set amidst awe-inspiring views. We enjoy sharing our home with others that we designed and built as a bed and breakfast.

    Beautiful views from all rooms of the flower garden and valley. The view from the upstairs balcony is breathtaking with curved railing above the comfortable great room. Its wall of windows, twenty feet high and over twenty feet wide, overlooks the wooded slope. All rooms have private baths. TVs with complementary DVD movies are available in each room except Grandma's room. Full breakfast and the best of country lodging that Brown County Indiana has to offer.

    Master Suite: The upper windows on the octagon room surround the sitting area of the "Master Suite" which is on the main floor. This room has everything: King bed, Jacuzzi and separate shower in a spacious bathroom. The octagonal sitting area puts you in the midst of the trees. We can accommodate two additional persons in this room by putting a queen bed in the sitting area. Each additional guests is an extra $20 per night. $125 $145
    Red Oak Room: Oak hardwood graces the floor of this spacious bedroom. The claw foot tub waits to be filled for a hot relaxing bath. A vanity sink and brass faucets were built into the antique washstand (I need to update this picture!). Queen bed and sitting area with unique antique furnishings complete your visit in the "Red Oak" room. We can accommodate two additional persons in this room by putting a queen bed in the sitting area. Each additional guests is an extra $20 per night. $85 $105
    Blue & White Room: This is Sharon's "Blue & White" room accompanied by its popular lavender bathroom. Sleep in a queen sized bed covered with Sharon's own handmade quilt. Wake up to a country view from windows on three sides of the room. $70 $90
    Grandma's Flower Garden: Enjoy cozy, cheerful "Grandma's Flower Garden" bedroom in a queen bed. Charming window overlooks front garden and double doors open to the balcony and the spectacular view through the great room windows. The private bathroom contains a shower and pedestal sink. This room does not have a TV. $55 $75
    Guest Information
    • Visa, MasterCard, Debit and personal checks accepted.
    • Rates listed are for double occupancy and do not include the 12% tax (sales plus innkeeping).
    • Extra guests in the same room are $20 each, including children.
    • Children staying with adult guests must be 12 or older unless all rooms are reserved by the same group.
    • Take advantage of our discount for weekday reservations.
    • Cancellations:
      • One night's stay deposit required to reserve room
      • With two weeks notice, deposit will be fully refunded.
      • Less than two weeks, deposit is not refundable unless room is rebooked.
      • No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in time are charged full price for all the nights that were reserved.
    • Smoking is not permitted in the house; however, we have comfortable smoking areas on the deck and screened porch.
    • We have two children and two outdoor cats
    • We cannot accommodate pets for our guests.
    • Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 8:00am.
    • Check-in is 3:30 to 7:00, Check-out by 11:30
