    Experience the ultimate Nappanee B & B when you enjoy the Homespun Charm of our Inn .

    The Homespun Country Inn is located in the heart of Amish Country, within walking distance of  antique and specialty shops, cafes and candy confections.

    Our Queen Anne style Inn was built in 1902 by Frank and Alma Brown. We have had the pleasure of having two of their granddaughters as our guests.

    We have filled our home with period pieces that we have enjoyed collecting. Some on our furnishings are family pieces but many are the "finds" of weekend antique hunting excursions! Our guests are encouraged to enjoy our front porch swing, where they may catch a passing horse and buggy. An ongoing jigsaw puzzle in the front parlor is always available for puzzle enthusiasts.

    Our middle parlor provides magazines, newspapers, books of all kinds including a bookcase of cookbooks. Movie videos are also complimentary for guests' use. "Homespun Memories" gift corner offers homespun mementos and handcrafted gift items.

     

    Our five guest rooms are furnished with antiques and are named for the original occupants from 1902. Our rooms offer a choice of queen size, full-size or twin beds, private baths, TV/VCR, ceiling fans and central air conditioning. Room rate $83. (Rates subject to change during special events). Early morning coffee and teas are available at 7:30 a.m. A full breakfast by candlelight is served in the dining room each morning. We are happy to accommodate special diets or dietary needs. Just ask!! Complimentary snacks and hot and cold beverages are available in the dining room daily. We can make dinner reservations for guests who would like to have a dining experience at an Amish home in the country.
