Conveniently located on a major artery within walking distance to Ball State University's football stadium and only a mile from both the main campus of Ball State University and Ball Memorial Hospital, we can accommodate your needs whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or visiting Ball State for business or pleasure. We invite you to curl up in the parlor next to the gas fireplace with a book from the library, or enjoy a video from our extensive collection in your in-room DVD player. A 24-hour snack station is available in our dining room. Four guest rooms are appointed with private ensuite bathrooms, handcrafted American furniture, comfortable mattresses, quality linens and in-room cable TV and Wi-Fi.
