Ivy House Bed & Breakfast

The largest of the Ivy House rooms, the English Ivy Room has three antique doors restored from the early 1900s and a four poster bed. In your private bath you will find a cast iron tub, separate shower, and pull chain toilet. The English Ivy Room's bedding includes a high quality pillow-top queen size bed so nice, you may find it hard to stop talking about it. There is also a collection of hand-sewn quilts to keep you toasty.

Behind the antique door to the Boston Ivy Room you will also find an iron queen size bed and hardwood floor with wool rugs. In your private bath across the hall you will find the house's original mosaic tile floor and shower/tub. Because the bath is located across the hall, we provide our Boston Ivy Room guests with robes for the very short travel. It is important you stay relaxed here at the Ivy House. Like the other rooms at the Ivy House, the Boston Ivy Room's bedding consists of a high quality pillow-top queen size bed, and a collection of hand-sewn quilts to keep you toasty.

Like the other rooms at the Ivy House, the Baltic Ivy Room's bedding consists of the same irresistible high quality pillow-top queen size bed, and a collection of hand-sewn quilts to keep you toasty.

Book early for Indy 500, Brickyard 400, Moto GP and other major events.

• Rates are double occupancy/per night/per room, excluding taxes.
• Ask about our extended stay discounts.
• No minimum stays except during major events weekends (see above).
• Cash, personal or travelers checks are the preferred method of payment upon arrival.
• A 5% discount is given for cash or traveler checks. However, we do accept Master Card and Visa.
• Reservations are recommended. To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve your room as early as possible.
• For your protection and ours, we require the first night's deposit.
• A 50% deposit for extended stays is also required.
• Deposits can be made by check or credit card (M/C or Visa).
• With the exception of full house bookings and special events, your deposit will be refunded, if we confirm cancellation 8 days prior to your stay and your room is rebooked. No shows will be charged in full.
• State and Local taxes apply*. The current Indiana Sales Tax rate is 7%.
  The current County Tax rate is 4%.

• The Ivy House is a totally Non-Smoking property.
• Children over 12 are welcome, but should be mentioned at time of reservation for the courtesy of the other guests of the Ivy House.
