Murphy Guest House Bed and Breakfast

Murphy Guest House is a bed and breakfast located in the heart of Bristol, Indiana. An Old Victorian home built in 1875. It presently features three guestrooms, two with luxurious queen beds and 1 with luxurious xl twin beds. Each with a private bath. Wake up to a full hot Special Murphy Guest House breakfast each morning, with our signature Lavender pound cake with lemon curd.

Our home features two common rooms. The library has a large assortment of books, a TV and a comfortable sitting area. The second common room has a sitting area along with the dining area. Our common rooms are also a great place for smaller meetings and parties. We have a beautiful side yard full of constantly changing flowers for your enjoyment and pleasure.

Bristol is the location of the renowned "Bristol Opera House," which features the award-winning Elkhart Civic Theater Troupe. Plays and musicals are performed throughout the year, and only walking distance from our Bed and Breakfast.

Situated on the St. Joseph River, Bristol also boasts the Bonneyville Mill, (the oldest running grist mill in Indiana), Bonneyville Mill Park, a retail Kayak shop, a kayak rental shop and the Elkhart County Museum. We are only minutes from the flea market in Shipshewana, the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus in Middlebury and the RV Capital of the World, Elkhart. Goshen College and the Old Bag Factory are also close by, and Notre Dame, Home of the Fighting Irish, is only 35 minutes away.
