  • Policies

    • Reservations may be made online. If you prefer you may call 217/632-0128 or 800/653-8012. You may also send an email to us with your phone number and tentative schedule. We will gladly call you with a confirmation and payment options. 
    • An advance deposit of one night’s stay is required to guarantee reservations. 
    • Cash, travelers and personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. 
    • Rates are also subject to 9% Illinois and local tax.
    • Cancellations: Because of the limited number of rooms, your deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to arrival.  However, a $20 per room processing fee will be applied to any cancellation.
    • Check In:  Any time after 3:00 pm.  Please let us know if you will be arriving late.
    • Check Out:  11:00 am.
    • Full Breakfast served: 8:00am - 10:00am.
    • Bathrobes are provided in every room.
    • Maple Crest is a smoke-free environment.  Smoking is confined to the front porch or the gazebo.
    • Children are welcome.
    • No pets, please.
    • Candles and incense are not permitted in rooms.
    • We are open year-round.
