A stay at the Bear Grove Cabins includes:- Evening crock pot meal with homemade bread and bottle of Illinois wine
- Full breakfast with endless pot of coffee
- Nature trails, bird watching, bank fishing, wildlife by chance, campfire (roast S'mores), star gazing, moon watching
- Complimentary snack basket (S'mores basket seasonal)
- Board games, playing cards, books/magazines, a few DVD's
- Kid friendly (age 6 and under FREE); no pets; smoking outside only
- Whole house rental (private cabins): Choose from one or two cabins above

RATES
- $175 per night (Rate includes 2 adults)
- 6% Hotel/Motel tax will be added
- $15 extra per additional person
- pay/stay 5 nights, and your 6th night is FREE
- Kids age 6 and under stay FREE
- Open year-round
- Event Fee (baby/bridal shower, retreat, reunion, etc.): 6-15 people is $100; 16 or more negotiable (must be pre-arranged) Minimum one night stay required
POLICIES
- To hold your reservation, we require a MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card number, expiration date, and security code (No charges made at this time)
- Eight people maximum sleeping in log home. Six maximum in Cabina
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, checks and cash at time of check-out. WIth multiple guests, we ask to swipe only ONE credit card please.
- Cancellation: One night's charge if not cancelled 7 days prior to normal check-in time of 3pm
- No visitors without prior approval. Non-guests may be asked to leave
- No Smoking in cabins. We reserve the right to charge your credit card a $250 clean-up fee if policy not followed. Ashtrays provided on porches.
- No pets
- Holiday weekends require a 2 night minimum stay
- Please clean up any personal untidiness; such as muddy or dirty floors, food spillages, trash, bottles and cans. If the condition of the cabin is excessively messy or damaged, an additional fee may be charged to your credit card
- If you accidentally break or leave with an item from the cabin, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the cost
