    Greenhouse Bed and Breakfast - Kempton, Illinois

    Each bedroom includes a television and DVD/VCR.  You have access to our collection of movies on DVD and tape. You also have access to the living room, parlor (TV room with DishNetwork system), sunroom, dining room, and of course, the entire outdoor yard. For guests with allergies, we can provide a single room air purifier.
    The Attic Suite has one queen sized bed and rents for $135 per night for one or two occupants plus $25 for each additional adult occupant ($15 for children ages 7-12). The attic suite has a private bath, including a luxury shower with four shower heads. This ~600 square foot suite has extra sleeping space that can accommodate a family with young children. The room's isolated location makes it a quiet place for desk work or to watch a DVD or a movie on DishNetwork. Renovated in spring of 2007, this air-conditioned suite has a Greek theme including white walls, blue trim, and lots of ornate woodwork.
    The Yellow Room: This room has a full size bed and a single bed. It is a favorite of families with children. Rates depend on number of people and/or age of children. Call us at 815-253-9020 for specific rates. This room has a shared bath.
    The Blue Room: The blue room has one queen size bed and rents for $55 single or $75 a couple per night. It has a shared bath.
    The Coral Room: The pink room has one full sized bed and rents for $55 single or $75 a couple per night.  It has a shared bath.

    Attic Suite - $135 per night for one or two occupants plus $25 for each additional adult occupant ($15 for children ages 7-12)
    All Other Rooms:

    • Single - $55 per night
    • Couple - $75 per night
    • 6% hotel tax will be added to the above rates.
    • Camping - $25 per night per tent. Bathroom and shower available.
    • Breakfast not included with camping fee but available at extra charge upon request.

    General Information:

    • Each night stay includes a full breakfast.
    • Breakfast includes fresh roasted (we roast our own), organic coffee
    • We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
    • Restaurant availability is very limited within a 20 mile radius in our location.  We provide our guests meals besides breakfast at additional charge.  Please let us know in advance if you wish to have dinner or lunch.
    • With advance notice, we can accommodate  vegetarian, vegan, and non-gluten diets as well as various food allergies.
    • Children of all ages welcome - we have a portable crib and a high chair available for use
    • Pets (dogs) welcome (prearranged). Read our guest dog policy.
    • High speed wireless internet available.
    • Smoking restricted to outdoors.
    • Gift certificates available.
    • We cater to those with chemical sensitivities by using environmentally friendly cleaning products and not using synthetic chemicals in our yard and gardens.

    • Check in time 3 p.m. till 10 p.m. If possible, please provide us an approximate time of arrival.
    • Check out 12:00 noon (we can be flexible).
