Welcome to Francie's Inn, a Bed & Breakfast Inn where warmth and an inviting atmosphere await your arrival! DuQuoin's first "B&B", our Inn is the place for a perfect getaway vacation, a romantic adventure or business retreat. Over-night guests are served a full, hot breakfast in our beautiful, formal dining room.
We proudly offer six rooms for your pleasure. Four rooms have a private bath and two share a bath. All rooms are decorated in a tasteful, understated Victorian tone, with writing desks and lounging chairs for reading, working or conversing. Central air conditioning, cable TV and warm, fluffy comforters ensure comfort year round.
Our Meeting/Banquet rooms comfortably seat 35 people. It is the ideal meeting place for small conferences or seminars, intimate weddings, showers or other occasions where privacy and special attention is desired. Events can include full service from pre-event and on-site assistance to complete food and beverage service and off-site event coordination.
We are a short bicycle ride to the North Gate of the beautiful DuQuoin State Fairgrounds. Many monthly events are planned at the Fairgrounds - check our posted schedule for what's happening during your stay in DuQuoin.
Within a 30 mile radius there are six Golf Courses open to the public. Southern Illinois University is 20 minutes away. The Shawnee National Forest is also nearby as are many fishing, swimming and boating lakes.
