West Room
This room has a queen bed along with two sleeping compartments, each with a twin bed, privacy curtains and reading lights with electrical outlets (the third compartment is used for luggage storage or can be coverted to a bed in a pinch). It also has a great exhaust fan, ceiling fan and window. Although one of our smallest rooms, there is a couch area right outside the room. It is also next to the steam room and sauna. Like all the rooms at the main building, it has a TV and DVR with satellite service, a DVD player, WIFI and a lock on the door. The marbled & glass block bathroom has two stylish sinks, a shower, radiant floor heat and plenty of natural light. Please note that AT&T (and possibly other carriers) do not have reliable reception in the West Room. $139
Skylight Room
The Skylight Room features hardwood floors and a large skylight window; you can lie in bed watching the clouds float by. This room has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress, a couch that can open up into a queen-sized memory foam topped futon. The skylight has a black-out shade if you want to sleep-in without that pesky sunlight waking you. Like all the rooms at the main building, it has a TV and DVR with satellite service, a DVD player, WIFI and a lock on the door. Your private bathroom is down one flight of private steps all inside your room, and has a whirlpool bathtub, shower and marble floors. $159
Egret Room
Located on the second floor at the back of the building, this is our quietest & one of our brightest room with 5 windows. It has hardwood floors and a pillow-topped queen & twin bed. It has a private en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower and radiant floor heat. It has a HDTV and DVR with cable service including a large selection of free on-demand movies and premium channel shows. All rooms have WIFI. $159
Eagles Nest
This sunny room with six windows and hardwood floors is located on the second floor looking down tree lined Webster Ave. It has a pillow-topped king bed and a twin bed. It has a private en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower. It has a HDTV and DVR with cable service including a large selection of free on-demand movies and premium channel shows. All rooms have WIFI. $169
Woodpecker Room
Located on the second floor with hardwood floors and a pillow-topped queen bed and two windows. It has a private en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower and radiant floor heat. Chickadee Room
Located on the first floor with a pillow-topped king bed and two windows. It has hardwood floors with a private en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower and radiant floor heat. It has an ADA toilet and grab bars. It has a HDTV and DVR with cable service including a large selection of free on-demand movies and premium channel shows. All rooms have WIFI. $149
Cardinal Room
Located on the first floor with a pillow-topped king bed and two windows. It has hardwood floors with a private en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower and radiant floor heat. It has an ADA toilet and grab bars. It has a HDTV and DVR with cable service including a large selection of free on-demand movies and premium channel shows. All rooms have WIFI. $119
Flamingo Room
Located on the rear of the first floor with a pillow-topped queen bed and three windows. It has hardwood floors with our largest private en-suite bathroom with a two person whirlpool tub, separate shower and radiant floor heat. It has a HDTV and DVR with cable service including a large selection of free on-demand movies and premium channel shows. All rooms have WIFI and locked doors. $159
Da Vinci Room
This sunny room has a Sterns & Foster pillow-top queen bed and a pillow-top full Serta Enchantment bed with hardwood floors. In addition to generous desk space, the room has three built-in wall cabinets from the former Niko hotel. Like all the rooms at the B&B, it has a TV and DVR with satellite service, a DVD player, WIFI, and a lock on the door. The en-suite private bathroom has two large windows that allow plenty of natural light. The bathroom also has radiant floor-heat under the tumbled marble floor, with a whirlpool bathtub and two shower heads. Outside the bathroom, but inside your room, is a second sink and vanity table in a small sitting room. $179
East Room
Located on the garden level, this room has a pillow-top queen Simmons bed. It also includes a twin bed and a desk. Like all the rooms, it has a TV and DVR with satellite service, a DVD player, WIFI, and a lock on the door. The private en-suite bathroom has four shower heads, two on each side for a luxurious shower, and a deep bathtub for those nights you just want to have a quiet soak. Four heat lamps (on a rheostat) keep you nice and warm out of the tub. Please note that if you have AT&T as a cell phone provider (and possibly others) reception in this room is not reliable. $159
Room with a View
This room has a king bed which can be divided into two twin beds upon request. The bathroom has a tiled shower, heated tile floor, custom-built oversized tiled sink and a giant skylight which provides lots of natural light. The bedroom has a giant desk and a great view down tree-lined Webster Ave. Like all the rooms at the main building, it has a TV and DVR with satellite service, a DVD player, WIFI and a lock on the door. Get up early and watch the sun rise over the St. Hedwig bell tower! $149

Policies
- Plus 11.9% taxes.
- Rates are per night for 1-2 persons per room with a minimum two-night stay.
- SINGLE NIGHT STAYS are sometimes available Sunday-Thursday night and even on Friday & Saturdays sometimes (especially last minute bookings!). For single night bookings we reserve the right to switch which room you will be in.
- Each additional person is $20 per night.
- One night deposit required on all reservations.
- For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, a three-night minimum is required for weekends through-out the year. A NON-REFUNDALBE deposit for your whole stay is required for group bookings March-November and Christmas.
- Check in is after 3pm. Feel free to come earlier and drop off your luggage or check-in if your room is ready earlier. It is very important to let us know what time you will be arriving at least 24 hours before your check-in date.
- Check out is noon.
- In consideration of our other guests, no infants (under 1) are allowed at Ray's. Well behaved children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times. We have a list of trusted babysitters available.
- All of Ray's Bucktown B & B is non-smoking. A $200 cleaning charge will be added to the bill if there is smoking in the room.
- Cancellation Policy: There is a minimum $25 per room fee for all cancellations. If cancellations are made within 14 days of the reservation, and we are able to rebook the rooms we will refund all but a $25 fee. If we are NOT able to rebook the room, you are responsible for your entire reservation. Sorry, no refunds for early check-outs unless we are able to rebook the room.
