Poipu Plantation Bed & Breakfast

At the front of our Poipu Beach property is our original 1938 plantation home featuring 4 accommodations for our adult guests. With rates as low as $123.50 nightly for a week long stay or $138 for three or more nights, they are perhaps the best vacation values that you will find in Poipu. A full breakfast is included, along with daily housekeeping. On our spacious grounds, you will find our gardens, sun chairs and barbecue that all guests are welcome to use. The four air conditioned, uncluttered bedrooms are decorated Island Style and feature tropical furnishings and many nice features.

Our two most special suites offer larger rooms and additional features such as private lanai, refrigerator, phone, tubs, sunset views and more! Common areas of the plantation home offer additional seating in Lanai room with some ocean views, tables and chairs and a small library for guest enjoyment. All interiors are non-smoking. In the island traditions, bedroom areas are no shoes. The open coastline and east end of Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach park are a few hundred yards away along our quiet oceanfront street.

Ali'i Royal Suite Two Person Whirlpool Tub

The Ali'i Suite is the most special with over 700 square feet of old Hawaii style. It boasts a hand carved four poster King bed, wood floors with rugs, high ceiling, sitting area around a Lava fireplace, spacious dressing and bath area with two person whirlpool tub, wet bar, A/C, large TV, free island phone & wireless connection with many other features. You will enjoy your own balcony to see the sunsets, bright stars and a peek of the ocean. Housekeeping will service your suite daily and breakfast is included from 8 to 9 AM daily. Master Bedroom Suite

This is the home's original Master Bedroom with a spacious King bedroom, dressing area, a complete bathroom including a tub and shower combination. a peaceful private balcony includes chairs for those reading or star gazing moments. The suite also includes a small refrigerator that we keep stocked with juice and water, cable TV, free island telephone, window A/C, fans, tropical décor, and new wall to wall Berber. Garden Bedroom Suites

The two Garden style rooms are more modest and include a bedroom with a King or Queen bed, private bathroom with shower, cable TV, window A/C, ceiling fan, island décor and new wall to wall Berber. Guests of these rooms have use of a shared refrigerator and free island phone located in the common areas of the house. Limited views. Our cottage style vacation rental suites provide you with all the comforts of home. The kitchens are all well equipped with a full size stove and refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, blender, etc. All units have Air Conditioning and Cable TV. Each unit has its own phone with free local calls and free WiFi transmitted from our common areas. Other special features include ceiling fans, distinctive tropical decor, hardwood floors, private lanais, and some have high-wood ceilings.

Our units are spacious, uncluttered, and bright with lots of windows to let in the sunshine, the cool trade winds, and the beautiful tropical views. Floor plans always include bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining area, full size kitchen and deck. Standard departure housekeeping is included in the nightly rate (no cleaning fee). Additional Housekeeping services are available with advanced notice. Beach equipment is available for all guests (chairs, towels, & beach mats). There is ample off street parking and lots of open space with fruit trees and flowers everywhere. A cheerful staff is on hand to answer any questions you may have about our beautiful island, and to arrange discount activities with local vendors.

One Bedroom Suites with Full Kitchen (Non B&B)

A total of seven one bedroom Cottages are situated in two different one or two story buildings. All are similar in configuration and amenities. All suites feature air conditioning, deck (lanai) with chairs, hardwood floors, lots of windows and glass doors, free island phone and many other features.

• One Bedroom Ocean View Suites: $155 to $220 per night
  There are two Ocean View units. Upper floor. High wood ceiling and the features noted above. These units are our only non-B&B suites with king beds. Open views from the south to the north include the Horizon, scenic mountains to our North, gorgeous sunsets and bright stars at night. The deck chairs are a great place to watch sunsets and catch up on reading. Private and quiet nest above the rest.
• One Bedroom Scenic View Suites: $140 to $195 per night
  Our three Scenic View units offer open, pleasant vistas into our gardens and beyond. Some with mountain views and a peek of the ocean with lots of sunshine and the bright stars at night from your own private large deck. The spacious bedrooms have a queen bed and features throughout these rentals are noted above. The large private lanai deck chairs are a great place for your morning coffee or to catch up on your reading.
• One Bedroom Garden View Suites: $130 to $190 per night
  Our two Garden View units include high wood ceilings along with the features noted above. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, and the living areas provide views into our garden of Ti and Lawai'i Fern through the many windows and glass doors. The lanai deck continues to the next Garden View with lounge chairs, offering a place to enjoy the fresh tropical air nestled by our Gardens.

Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Suites with Full Kitchen

Our two bedroom suites have the same amenities as our one bedroom units, but feature an additional bedroom and bathroom.

• Two Bedroom Ocean View Suite: $185 to $270 per night
  This upper floor unit features high wood ceilings and the amenities noted above. Each bedroom features a queen bed and has its own bathroom. Open views from the south to the north include the horizon, distant mountains to our North, gorgeous sunsets and bright stars at night. Enjoy the large wrap around deck with chairs for your morning coffee and nighttime enjoyment.
• Two Bedroom Partial Ocean View Suite: $165 to $250 per night
  Views from this Partial Ocean View unit offer open, pleasant vistas into our gardens, with distant mountain views and some view of the ocean, sunset colors and bright stars. With a bathroom in each queen bedroom, the floor plan offers nice space for everyone. Large wrap around deck with chairs, is great to watch sunsets and catch up on reading.
