Mai'a Studio
Mai'a studio has a large closet, private bathroom with a large shower, and a queen-sized bed. There is an HD TV with HD DVR and Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room, a fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric grill, etc. Outside there is a gas BBQ grill. We provide everything you'll need for the beach--boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, beach bags, umbrella, coolers, and snorkeling equipment. Laundry facilities are provided and we have high-speed wireless Internet connection in the studio.

Manako Cottage
Manako cottage has 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom, and is self-contained with its own driveway, private lanai with gas BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven. There are HD TVs with HD DVR in the living room and bedroom plus Blu-ray/DVD player and unlimited Netflix in the living room. Everything you'll need for the beach is provided— boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, beach bags, umbrella, coolers, and snorkeling equipment. The cottage has high-speed wireless Internet connection.

Niu Studio
Niu studio has a large closet, private bathroom with a large shower, and 2 twin beds which when pushed together make a king-sized bed (see photos of the beds set up both ways). There is an HD TV with HD DVR and Blu-ray/DVD player in the living room, a fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, electric grill, etc. Outside there is a gas BBQ grill. We provide everything you'll need for the beach— boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach mats, beach bags, umbrella, coolers, and snorkeling equipment. Laundry facilities are provided and we have high-speed wireless Internet connection in the studio.

Rates & Policies

Rates for studios:
- December 15 to March 31 - $110 night
- April 1 to December 14 - $95 night
- Rates for cottage:
- December 15 to March 31 - $160 night
- April 1 to December 14 - $135 night
- Tax: 13.42% Hawaii state tax will be added (General Excise Tax 4.167%, Transient Accommodations Tax 9.25%).
- Payment policy: 20% of the total amount will be due within 2 weeks of reservation. The remainder of the balance will be due within 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept payment by personal check, money order, cashier check, or PayPal.
- Cancellation policy: 100% refund if you cancel your reservation prior to 45 days of your arrival date. 50% refund if you cancel less than 45 days but prior to 30 days of your arrival date. No refund for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival date.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Check-in: 3 p.m.
- Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Per Maui County Ordinance, this is a nonsmoking property.
