The Green Rose Suite is beautifully furnished in Hawaiian style decor, with en-suite bathroom, a large full kitchen, and a very comfortable California king size bed. This tropical vacation suite is fully equipped with most regular amenities (please see a complete list below...) but also features a TV with DVD player, and an en-suite computer with high speed DSL internet access so you can stay in touch while away from home. Of course, you may use your own laptop if you like.

Deposit/Cancellations/Changes:

• Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and there is a $15 per person/per night charge for additional people.
• Maximum occupancy per suite is 4 - 5 people.
• A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Room rates are subject to HI state tax of 13.25%.
• Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to check-in to receive a deposit refund (less a $50 processing fee). Cancellations less then 60 days prior to arrival will result in your credit card being charged the full amount of your original lodging reservation. Some guests like to purchase travel insurance to prevent any unforeseen problems spoiling their vacation. We especially like to recommend this for winter bookings where airports are sometimes closed down due to bad weather, and your flights may be delayed or cancelled. Here is a link to purchase travel insurance which will cover your flights & lodging costs should you have to cancel your vacation.
