With a sitting room on the second floor, decorated in French toile and Venetian mirrors this room has a breakfast table, desk, phone and TV. A private staircase to the 3rd floor leads to the bedroom and bath providing a complete surprise with modern decor, this is our deluxe accommodation. The bedroom has a king sized bed, phone, TV and sound system. The bath includes a two person Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and TV and telephones that are strategically placed for your comfort. A candlelight breakfast can be served privately in your sitting room. This suite provides overnight accommodations for up to 3 people.

Decorated in Asian antiques, mostly Japanese, collected during one of the proprietor's 2- year stay in Kyoto. A king sized bed set amid embroidered silk wedding kimono's, a beautiful Chinese writing desk (houses a collection of porcelain, ivory, and jade) and the bath includes a collection of blue and white Japanese china, and an antique claw foot tub as well as a shower.

A most romantic experience, sometimes called the bridal suite or special occasion suite, is on the second floor of the house. It offers a king sized bed with hand sewn canopy and lace accents throughout, a large bathroom with conventional tub and shower, and a small sitting area for reading or relaxing.

One of the four rooms located on the second floor. It is ideal for travelers with more than 2 people or in need of separate beds. One of the largest guest rooms in the house, it has 2 queen sized beds and has an abundance of natural light. The bath has a shower but no tub.

The beautifully decorated Cottage Suite is a room you are sure to get some rest and relaxation in. This suite is painted in cool blue tones, complete with King Size bed, private bath, and kitchenette. The Cottage Suite has its own private entrance, as well as a private patio area and fish pond. Need as place for man/woman's best friend? You are in luck because this room is one of two that is dog friendly.

The most exotic room in the house, which showcases collections of travels from the proprietors. This room has its own private entrance off the back porch of the main house, with sitting area under the wisteria arbor. There is a queen sized bed and the rustic bathroom includes an antique claw foot tub and hand held shower. For the dog lovers, this room is dog friendly and includes a dog bed and food dishes. A handy ramp up the back porch stairs makes for easy access to this ground floor accommodation. 

Decorated with white lattice and French fabrics, working fireplace, queen sized bed and a unique collection of antique mirrors in the bathroom which has a conventional tub with shower. On the ground floor of the manor house, this room is ideal for those that may have trouble with stairs. A handy ramp up the back porch stairs makes for easy access to this ground floor accommodation.

  • For $109 we provide a room service Continental Breakfast.
  • We can provide a complete gourmet breakfast during the week for $129. The complete breakfast can be brought to your room as well.
  • Our two-story Penthouse Suite with Jacuzzi and other amenities is $169 during the week and includes a full breakfast.
  • Breakfasts are served at whatever time you like.
• On Fridays and Saturdays we have four rates.

  • The White and Asian Rooms with king beds are $169.
  • The Garden, English and Safari Rooms with queen beds are $139.
  • The weekend rates include a complete gourmet breakfast. (When considering other hotels note that in this community the tax is 7%. In the Athens area tax is 14%.
• All rates are for double occupancy.
• In those rooms that can take more than two adults (the Penthouse and English Rooms) there is an additional $15 charge per person.
• The Safari Room and The Cottage Suite are both dog friendly and can accommodate one large or two small dogs at an additional $15 per dog.
• The overnight accommodations provide for a maximum of 15 people in the house. We do not have cots nor can we accommodate more than the maximum number in each of our rooms (this old house's plumbing can't keep up with additional demands).
• Our rates are subject to change on Holidays, UGA Football Game Weekends (2 night minimum stay) and UGA May Graduation Weekends (2 night minimum stay). Please call for details 706-769-2633. Ask us about the cancellation policy for these bookings.
• Normally, we do not allow children to stay overnight. Exceptions can be made when booking out the entire house. Please contact Ashford Manor for details.
• For Friday and Saturday nights, we have a 7-day cancellation policy.
• For all other nights, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
