Get together for a fun and entertaining afternoon. We now have the House Museum open for tours, lemonade socials, afternoon teas and each month we have a lecture on a featured collection. Monday, Thursday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for light tea and the 1st and 3rd Thursday for High Tea. In the Winter months we will have hot mulled cider and baking class where you can learn to make Southern Scones.

Children 12 and over will enjoy visiting a local plantation and learning the history of our beautiful city while parents learn along with them. Take your time in the shops downtown. See 18th Century restored buildings as well as our Big Oak Tree which is the 2nd largest this side of the Mississippi. Visit the Art Collections at the Cultural Center or use our Geneology Library to work on your family tree. The Garden Cottage has two Bedrooms, two Baths and sleeps a maximum of (4)four. So many things to see and do as a family and all of them only a few blocks or within a few miles of the Inn. Take a fun and educational trip to Historical Thomasville, Georgia.
