Cottage Suite

The cottage suite is decorated in Ralph Lauren linens and offers two separate bedrooms, which allows for more flexible sleeping arrangements. The Quilt room with a queen size Jenny Lend bed, entertainment center and standard tub/shower create the ideal room for traveling grandparents. $185 - $325

The Sharon Rose Room

The Sharon Rose room has a mahogany rice carved 4-posted bed with a step stool, entertainment center, standard tub/shower and a love seat for added comfort. This suite has direct access to common living area and kitchen for early coffee or refreshments.

Magnolia Room

Upstairs in the Garden Cottage, the magnolia room is furnished with queen size cherry four-poster bed, tapestry love seat, mahogany writing desk, entertainment center, and has a window that over looks the back gardens and magnolia tree. The designer fabrics combined with the white bead board walls and white plantation shutters creates warmth, and soothes the senses. $145 - $175

English Rose Room

Upstairs in the Garden Cottage, our largest room in the garden cottage offers affordable accommodations, yet does not compromise on luxury or amenities. This spacious room is furnished with a four-poster cherry  king size bed, upholstered chairs, entertainment center, and large cherry writing desk. The white bead board walls, white plantation shutters and the deep blues of the carpets  create  the mood for rest, and relaxation . $165 - $185

Relax in your whirlpool tub! If you are here for business or pleasure, you should take the opportunity to swim laps in this heated pool or get total body relaxation in our hot tub. Private use from 9:30 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. when you reserve the Pool House Suite.

• Late arrivals are assessed a $50.00 late arrival fee. If late arrival exceeds 3 Hours the rate is doubled.
• 12% Tax will be added to the cost of each room, per day   
• Cancellation Policy: We are a small business and must manage our rooms efficiently, therefore we require a 50% deposit (100% for a single night reservation) at the time of reservation.  Your deposit is refundable, less a $30.00 cancellation fee per room, providing notice of cancellation is received at least (7) days prior to arrival date (30-day notice required for peak 2-day minimum weekends).  Notification must be made by telephone or in person.  Reservations made less than (7) days prior to arrival are non-refundable.  Early departure falls within the cancellation policy.
• The Inn provides free parking for only one car per room/suite, each additional car will be $20.00 per day.
• We gladly accept children 12 years and older. The suites that can accommodate children are Blue Suite, Peach Suite, and the Cottage Suite, which have a capacity of 4 persons.
• Smoking is limited to the veranda and patio. We are a non-smoking facility and strictly adhere to this limitation.
• We have no pets on the property and guests with pets can use a boarding facility near the Inn in Thomas County, Ga.
• We accept service animals. We need to know what task the service animal provides so that we can recommend the best rooms available.
• Check in is between 3:00-6:00PM and late arrivals must be pre-arranged and a late fee must be assessed. Check out is at 11:00AM
