The Richard M. Nixon Room
First Floor, Room 101A cozy choice for Savannah bed and breakfast lodging is a courtyard room at The Presidents' Quarters Inn. This first-level room features a queen bed, comfortable seating, working desk and brand new bath with black and white retro flooring and granite sink-top. Fourth Floor, Room 404One of the best suites for special occasions, this quiet room is bold in size and comfortably elegant with a new bath, featuring black and white retro tile and granite countertop, beautiful seating, working desk plus mahogany king sleigh bed. Special features: The south mansion is where General Robert E. Lee was an overnight guest during a visit in the late 1800's. Policies - This not a comprehensive list of hotel policies, but instead an overview of the luxury hotel's policies at The Presidents' Quarters, a Georgia bed and breakfast inn. Please contact the Inn if additional policy clarification is required.
- Cancellation: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a $25 process fee will be charged, and a normal reservation will be cancelled. For full house, holiday and wedding reservations the staff will advise regarding restrictions and charges for reservations. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the full reservation night will be charged. There are no restrictions or penalties for weekday business travel reservations.

- For the enjoyment of all guests, children age 12 and above are welcome anytime. When the full inn is booked for special events, such as weddings, family reunions, etc., children of all ages may be included.
- Credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, The hotel will pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival and charge the first night's lodging to secure the reservation.
- Extra Lodging Guests: Many rooms accommodate extra guests with pull out sofa beds. Room capacity may not exceed normal guest count of 2 per bed. Accurate count for all room guests is required at reservation. Room rates are increased $25 per additional guest.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Due to the fire codes in the historic district, lighted candles are not permitted.
- Guests are encouraged to use courtesy when smoking in the garden, the only area where smoking is permitted.
- Illegal drug use, including marijuana, is expressly prohibited. The Presidents' Quarters reserve the right to remove any guest from the premises, and to refuse accommodations, for any reason.
- Guest damages to the inn, including property pilferage or theft, will be billed to the credit card on record for the room reservation.
