“ Home away from home - Amazing room, exquisite, beautiful street- so near everything. Warmly received by Joan; My dog and I were treated with warmth and friendship- I want to live here! ”
“ Not your typical B&B - ...The elegant Front suite [Jones Suite] opens directly on to Jones Street. It has a beautiful, large living room, a fridge, microwave and bar sink, a bath, and a bedroom which can be closed off with pocket doors. There are non-functioning fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. The Front suite is not as convenient to parking but you do walk right out your door and into the heart of Savannah. The location of Joan’s on Jones is ideal. In the five times we’ve stayed there, we have parked our car on arrival and not used it during our entire stay. Savannah is a very pedestrian friendly place and Joan’s on Jones puts you in the middle of it. Joan’s on Jones isn’t your typical B&B but then Savannah isn’t your typical city. Both have their charms and their quirks. We wouldn’t have it any other way. We are looking forward to our next stay at Joan’s on Jones. ”
“ Relaxing and excellent location! - We had a wonderful stay at Joans on Jones in Savannah! The location was perfectly located right in the Historic district, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and beautiful parks. I liked that you have your own entrance and parking in the back. Joan was very nice and helpful with directions and suggestions for places to see and good restaurants to try. Thanks Joan! We will surely return. ”
“ Nice Inn! Great Location! My husband I stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to Savannah. It was wonderful! We were in the Garden Suite and had a lovely private entrance, sitting area and great accommodations. There were muffins, croissants, juice, milk and cereal in our room to have when we chose, which we liked because we hate to be on a time schedule while on vacation. There was also a bottle of wine and sodas in the fridge when we arrived. You could not have asked for a better location-we were within walking distance to everything that Savannah had to offer! We didn't even need to move the car. There was off street parking at the inn, which after hearing people in Savannah talk, is a very rare. Right around the corner is the Mercer House, and just a short walk away is Forsythe Park. Another plus for us is that we always travel with our Great Dane and it is sometimes difficult to find a nice place to stay with him, but Joan's On Jones worked out great! We will definitely be back and will share our experience with friends and family! ”
