“Great Bed and Breakfast Experience!”
Reviewed August 3, 2012
Monique was so awesome and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and she made sure to buy gluten free items for me to have for breakfast. The inn was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The inn was clean and we considered it our home away from home for the duration of our stay. I would definitely go back.
“Great place!”

My husband and I stayed here during our first trip to Savannah. We love it. Very clean, well decorated, the beds were amazing fluffy soft. We stayed at the Jenkins house with them, and had the place to ourselves. We has fresh breakfast items in our house daily. The staff is very helpful and eager to make your stay terrific. They spent time with us when we got there discussing different restraunts and things to do... ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!

“Beautiful and comfy”

My mom arranged our stay here, (at the E. Taylor house) and it was a shame that we couldn't have stayed all of our time here. (it was booked for our third night.) The location is great for walking the city. (You are only a few blocks from the river and downtown!) From the minute that we got in, we felt cossetted by the gentility and comfort of the Armstrong Inn. Beautiful art, clean and well kept surroundings, all sorts of snacks and even a complimentary bottle of wine refreshed us after walking all day around the city. Also, I found that I love the southern tradition of cream sherry in the afternoon. The bed was amazingly soft with a down duvet. We both heartily enjoyed this trip. -Betsy and Jim.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at this bed and breakfast. The owner was very nice and hospitable. She addressed our needs and/or concerns in a timely manner. The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to others. They provided various snacks and food (i.e., fruit, peanuts, pastries) in the kitchen. They were able to recommend local restaurants.
“A hidden gem in Savannah”
Reviewed July 12, 2012
I've traveled to Savannah before on business but never for a relaxing, "touristy" trip. Upon arrival, we were enveloped in heart warming hospitality! We stayed in the amazing Chatham Garden Suite which was luxurious, cozy and beautiful. Delicious food, exquisite and well-appointed bath, a soothing, comfy bed and a luscious garden hideaway! The staff and services they provided was unsurpassed with great attention to detail. Thank you Monique for a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable Savannah experience! True Southern hospitality at its finest.
“Above and beyond”
Reviewed July 9, 2012
The Armstrong Inn was one of the best things about our trip to Savannah. We stayed at the Jenkins House and it was home away from home with a 5 star quality that you would not find at any hotel. Monique was a truly gracious hostess making us feel right at home and was most helpful in assisting us with planning out our stay. It truly made our first family holiday of 3 really special. The Jenkins House was perfect in accommodating our young baby (Monique kindly supplied placard and blankets!). It was lovely just to relax in and most definitely wonderful to come home to after a day of sightseeing. Having breakfast dropped off the day before and being able to have breakfast at your leisure was great. We have stayed in several B&B's around the country and this definitely tops them.
“Best 4th of July ever!”

Monique and the Armstrong Inn Staff are fantastic! We were thrilled with the beauty and charm of the Chatham Suite and made to feel right at home by their warmth and hospitality. We stay at B&Bs whenever we get the chance and this was definitely one of the best! Highly recommended!! -
