The Jenkins House
A beautifully furnished two-story historic home. The Jenkins House was built in 1870. It is located in the Historic District of downtown Savannah, at the corner of Gaston and Price, within walking distance of every point of interest.
A recent restoration brought back the flavor of the late 1800s to this beautifully furnished two-story historic home. The first floor features a spacious living room with 2 gas fireplaces , a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and eating area. The second floor offers a full bath with tub and shower, a laundry area, and two bedrooms with Queen size beds.

The Chatham Suite
Two-story Suite, overlooking Chatham Square; 1st floor includes large living/dining area with two gas fireplaces; fully equipped custom made bar/kitchen (dishwasher), breakfast balcony. Off- street parking. Chatham Suite has a door to the Garden Suite, enabling both suites to be rented together.

The Tatnall House

The Tattnall House is located in one of the most charming part of the Historic District within easy walking distance to every points of interest.
This beautiful historic home (period 1850) offers an enclosed private courtyard, 2 bedrooms with queen size down/feather beds, one large bath (tub, shower, bidet), living room, dining room, full kitchen. It is distinguished for its early Victorian period decors, Persian and Turkish rugs, art collection and one non-working fireplace in every room. Luxurious robes.

Reservation/Cancellation policy: A non-refundable payment of the first night of the reservation is required at booking. Seven days prior notice of cancellation or change of date is required. If cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to check-in date, the guest will be responsible for full payment of entire reservation period.
Rates are $360 per night + tax for the use of 2 bedrooms
$290 per night + tax for use of only one bedroom
(other bedroom remains vacant).
The Carriage House
The Carriage House is considered part of a National Certified Historic Property called "The Armstrong Residence". From the French windows of the second floor of this private 2-story townhouse, the guests can observe the most magnificent sunrises. The Carriage House nestles under a canopy of oak trees adorned with Spanish moss.

Garden Suite
Downtown Savannah Lodging at the garden level, this beautiful bedroom suite has a private street entrance on the square. It offers a queen size bed with down feather mattress, a sitting area with fireplace, a breakfast room with French doors opening on a private courtyard. The Garden Suite has a door to the Chatham Suite, enabling both suites to be rented together.
Complimentary continental breakfast available in the privacy of your Suite. The Suites can be reserved together to accommodate a group of 4. You can communicate from one suite to the other through an interior staircase which remains closed when the suites are booked separately.

- Armstrong Inns Bed & Breakfast offers exclusive accommodations where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
- Reservation Policy: A non refundable deposit of one night's accommodation is required at time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 7 day notice for cancellation prior to your check-in date is required. ** In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. **Exception = For reservations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, a minimum of (21) twenty one-day notice of cancellation policy is required.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 21 day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events.
- Check-In: From 3:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
