The Garden Suite has a door to the Chatham Suite, enabling both suites to be rented together. Complimentary continental breakfast available in the privacy of your Suite. The Suites can be reserved together to accommodate a group of 4. You can communicate from one suite to the other through an interior staircase which remains closed when the suites are booked separately. The Jenkins SuiteSavannah Hotels have nothing on this, a beautifully furnished two-story historic home. The Jenkins House was built in 1870. It is located in the Historic District of downtown Savannah, at the corner of Gaston and Price, within walking distance of every point of interest. A recent restoration brought back the flavor of the late 1800s to this beautifully furnished two-story historic home. The first floor features a spacious living room with 2 gas fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and eating area. The second floor offers a full bath with tub and shower, a laundry area, and two bedrooms with Queen size beds. The Carriage House
The Carriage House is considered part of a National Certified Historic Property called The Armstrong Residence. From the French windows of the second floor of this private 2-story townhouse, the guests can observe the most magnificent sunrises. The Carriage House nestles under a canopy of oak trees adorned with Spanish moss. In-room copious continental breakfast for our guests to enjoy in the comfort of our terry robes, at the time and in the location (garden, bedroom, living room) of their choice. The Tattnall House is located in one of the most charming part of the Historic District within easy walking distance to every points of interest. This is an area of leafy squares, fountains and shady streets. The house is decorated in an early Victorian style. It is also located close to a free shuttle bus stop which takes you to Riverfront area, City Market and throughout the Historic District. This spacious 1,200 square foot private guest quarters is on the garden level of a beautiful historic home which was built in 1850. It features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large walk in dressing room, firelplace, a second bedroom with queen size bed, sitting area and fireplace. There is a large bathroom including bidet, a large living/dining room with 2 working fireplaces, an fully equipped and beautiful country kitchen with a stocked refrigerator. It also features a private landscaped courtyard.The Tatnall House offers all amenities of a private B & B including extended continental breakfast, housekeeping services and helpful information & advice about historic sites, restaurants and other visitor attractions.
Rates $360 per night + tax for the use of 2 bedrooms. $290 per night + tax for use of only one bedroom.

Policies and Information
- Armstrong Inns Bed & Breakfast offers exclusive accommodations where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
- Reservation Policy: A non refundable deposit of one night's accommodation is required at time of booking.
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 7 day notice for cancellation prior to your check-in date is required. ** In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. **Exception = For reservations made more than 60 days prior to the check-in date, a minimum of (21) twenty one-day notice of cancellation policy is required.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 21 day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events.
