    A beautiful Bed and Breakfast in the historical Sautee Nacoochee Valley built in 1892, just 2 1/2 miles from Alpine Helen, Georgia. We are within walking distance to the Old Sautee General Store, Sautee Junction Shops, Riding Stables and The Sautee Museum. Fine Dining, Coffee and Ice Cream Shops are nearby also. Antiques and gifts are available for purchase located throughout the house.

    Beautiful ViewRelax while looking into the Smokies from our wrap-around porch and decks overlooking the valley and the North Georgia Mountains. Wander down through our gently rolling pasture to the creek. Stroll through our terraced gardens or just curl up with a good book on our wicker love seat or swing.

    The restored historical Sautee Inn features cozy comfortable rooms, double, queen and king, with rates from $95 to $175, complete with country breakfast served every morning.

    "We just returned from a week's stay at the Sautee Inn Bed & Breakfast and had a lovely time. The B&B is just outside Alpine Helen, GA (about 3 miles) in Sautee-Nacoochee valley. It's a quaint area away from all the tourists and near a cute General Store, Granary and other shops. There's much to do in the area such as tubing, hiking or just relaxing. The B&B is a beautiful 1892 historical home overlooking the valley with many outdoor seating areas on the first and 2nd floor. It is decorated with lovely furniture, and is very clean and cozy. Alberta and Tony made us feel right at home and we enjoyed being able to roam around their house just like we were at home. Alberta made wonderful country breakfasts every morning and even some surprise desserts! If you're looking for a true B&B look no further. The rates were very reasonable as well. This is one of the best B&B's we've stayed at."
