Policies
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa is a small, 10-room inn where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel or shorten your stay, please notify us at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date (at least 21 days prior for Holiday periods and Oktoberfest). In the unlikely event that you must cancel less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, shorten your stay, or check out early; please understand that you will be charged for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made less a $25 cancellation processing fee. A 21-day cancellation notice is required for reservations during Holiday periods and during Oktoberfest (Sept 13 - Nov 10, 2013). Whole house bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 45 days prior to arrival. Whole house bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will also be charged the balance for the entire booking.
- DEPOSITS: We require a one (1) night deposit to confirm your room reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for deposits. Your balance may be paid with credit card, check, or cash at check-in. A valid credit card number is required for the deposit. If you cancel within the cancellation policy your deposit will be refunded less a $7 processing fee.
- RATES: Rates are based upon double occupancy. Room #7 may accommodate an extra person. Extra person charge is $25. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods such as Oktoberfest and Holidays.
- Check-in time is 3:00pm - 8:00pm. Please let us know before the date of your arrival or at the time you make your reservation if you need to check-in outside this time.
- Check-out time is 11:00am. If a late check-out is required please inquire about availability and any additional fees.
- NON-SMOKING ENVIRONMENT: There is absolutely No Smoking inside the Inn, Spa, around the buildings, or in the parking lot. Smoking is only allowed in a specific, designated outdoor smoking area in the front lawn (please ask to be directed to this area before smoking). Unfortunately, non-compliance requires a $200 cleaning fee that will be charged to your credit card. This fee will also be charged if you leave any smoking debris on the grounds or in the parking lot.
- ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Per White County, Georgia ordinances outside alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any public area of the inn or spa. Only wine and beer served by Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa can be consummed in the public areas of the property, including the inn's deck and back porch.
- PETS: No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
- CHILDREN: Sorry, but we are not equipped to accommodate children under the age of 14 years.
- ONE NIGHT RESERVATION: For one night stays we are not always able to guarantee a specific room, however we guarantee a room of equal or greater value.
- GIFT CERTIFICATE: Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
