Guest Accommodations
Our detached one room suite offers a KING size bed as well as a queen size sleeper sofa, cable television, a full breakfast served in your room, gas fireplace, a view overlooking privately owned horses, and nature trails through private woods that envelope your accommodations.
Room Rates - Low Season: $98.00 per night, plus tax, based on double occupancy.
- High Season: (Sept 1 - Nov 15) $119.00, plus tax double occupancy.

$35.00 per night for each additional person.
$15.00 per night for each additonal person 7 and under. - Two night minimum stay on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
- Single night stay welcome on weekdays (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur).
- Three night minimum on holiday weekends.
Policies - Check-in is anytime between 2-6 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.. We are flexible with these times depending on other guests arrival/departure. If late arrival is expected, please call us so we can make arrangements to be here to greet you.
- Two night minimum stay for lodging on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
- No minimum stay required for overnight horse boarders.
- A deposit of one night stay is required to confirm reservation and is refundable if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date.
- Supervised children welcome.
- No pets please, other than horses requiring boarding.
- There is no smoking indoors.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and personal checks (with credit card information).
- Georgia equine liability exclusions apply in all posted areas (barn & pasture).
- State of Georgia and Fannin County lodging taxes apply.
- All horses being boarded must have documentation of vaccinations & negative Coggins.*
- We reserve the right to refuse/cancel lodging to rude or disruptive guests.
