The James Madison Inn & Conference Center

Each of the comfortable, luxurious guest rooms and grand suites at The James Madison Inn  are generously sized and elegantly appointed.  We started by hiring one the South’s top interior designers who furnished each space with custom designed furniture and wonderful antique reproductions.  We then wrapped every king-sized bed in fine Egyptian cotton sheets, and down feather pillows and duvets.  All guest rooms feature flat-screen televisions, fireplaces, complimentary long distance, high-speed internet accessibility, oversized rain shower with teak stool, clock/radio/CD and MP3 player with PDA and cell phone charger, hairdryer, individual climate control, access to outdoor porch outfitted with furniture and ceiling fan, and a library of local authors.

Luxury King + Daybed - Market Side

King & Daybed: Our Luxury King and Daybed combination room is extra spacious and offers a king-sized bed and twin-sized daybed with custom bedding, flat screen TV and sitting area, original art, local library, and a marble vanity and tiled shower. Room rate based on triple occupancy; a $25 additional guest fee will be charged for a 4th guest. All rooms and include a gourmet continental breakfast.

Grand Suites: Our Grand Suite offers a spacious bedroom with custom bedding, flat-screen TV, pedestal sink and tiled shower. The Grand Suite also has a full kitchen, separate living room with queen fold-out sofa, flat-screen television, sitting area, original art, local library, and half-bath powder room. Room rate based on 1-4 guests. A $25 additional guest fee will be charged for a 5th guest in the suite. All rooms and include a gourmet continental breakfast.

Luxury King room rates range from $179 to $259 per night, Grand Suites from $289 to $334 per night. Room rates during special event periods such as, but not limited to Masters Week, Tour of Homes, and University of Georgia Home football game weekends, are subject to change.

• Cancellation Policy: Any Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Prior To The Reserved Date Of Arrival, Will Be Charged Without Notice.
• Rooming Block And Special Event Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation for a reservation made within a rooming block or during a special event period, must be made 30 DAYS PRIOR to the reserved arrival date to avoid penalty. Special event periods include, but are not limited to, Masters Week, Tour of Homes, University of Georgia home football game weekends. Any cancellation made within 30 days prior to the arrival date is subject to be charged without notice.
• The rescheduling of any room night of the original booking within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee.
• Room rates are either based on double or triple occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated for $25 per person.
• There will be a $75.00 charge added to your bill for each non-returned room key.
• Additional amounts may also be charged if excessive cleaning or deodorizing is required to clean your room.
• We reserve the right to charge these additional amounts to the credit card we have on file.
• Reservation Requirements: Valid photo identification and credit card must be presented when registering at the time of check-in. No reservations will be accepted by anyone under the age of 21. Specific rooms are not guaranteed, however your room type, or better, is confirmed. Special requests, such as rollaway cots, early check-in, late check-outs are honored when available, and are not guaranteed.
• The James Madison Inn, The Spa, and The James Madison Conference Center are non-smoking facilities. We do offer designated areas at each location for our smoking guests.
• For the safety of our guests, the front doors are locked from 10:00pm-7:30am. If you have plans to arrive after 10:00pm, please notify our Guest Services to make these arrangements.
• If a "Do Not Disturb" sign is left on your door throughout the day, your privacy is respected and refresh and turn down services will not be performed.
