Guest Policies
- All rates are per night and are based on double occupancy.
- A 10% hotel tax is applied to each reservation.
- There is a 2 night minimum on weekends between May 1st - Nov 1st. Please call us directly if you are looking for 1 night, we may have availability.
- All rooms are non-smoking and have private entrances and bathrooms.
- We are suitable for children 8 and older.
- Major Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
- Hours: Check in: 3 pm; Check out: 11 AM. We can be flexible.
- Payment and Cancellation Policy: Credit cards are required to hold a room. 7 days notice is required for cancellation to avoid full charges (except 45 days for group bookings).
- Pet Policy: Though we love animals some of our guests are allergic and therefore we cannot accept pets.
