Hiawassee's newest bed and breakfast is Chancey Hill Inn. From our front knoll you can enjoy the sweeping vistas of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Lake Chatuge, and even Brasstown Bald,
the highest spot in Georgia.

Relax in our well-appointed guest rooms, each with King or Queen Beds featuring premium bedding and linens, private bath, flat screen televisions, alarm clock with iPod docking station alarm, and refrigerator with complimentary bottled water and soft drinks. Each room also has a private exterior entrance and mountain views. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property. Our guest accommodations include one suite with in-room whirlpool tub and a separate sitting room with a Queen sleeper sofa. Another features both an in-room whirlpool and fireplace. A third enjoys an in-room whirlpool.

Guests will enjoy breakfast served on china and crystal in our main dining room, which also boasts beautiful mountain views and a fireplace. Coffee and tea are available at all hours both in the dining room and the terrace level guest lounge. Both the main guest lounge and terrace lounge are arranged for the comfort and relaxation of our guests.

With the many activities available to visitors to the area, Chancey Hill Inn is a base for exploring the many interesting facets of mountain life. Visit the John C. Campbell Folk School, golf or go boating, hike or horseback ride, take in a performance at the Anderson Music Hall at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds or enjoy a play presented by the Licklog Players, enjoy a wine tasting at the award-winning Crane Creek Vineyards or tour the Hightower Creek Clydesdale Farm, hunt for treasures at local antique stores or art galleries - the choices are endless. And when your day of exploring draws to a close, return to the inn for complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres before enjoying dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in the area.

Chancey Hill Inn Bed and Breakfast is located in the middle of beautiful Hiawassee, Georgia, just a few seconds away from the charming town square for an ideal alternative to a typical hotel stay. Because Hiawassee is centrally located in North Georgia, there are many ways to get here easily and to see some sights on the way.

We are located off of US Highway 76 in Hiawassee, with easy access from metro Atlanta, Asheville NC, Chattanooga TN, or the Greenville/Spartanburg SC areas. Driving times are under 2 1/2 hours.
