    “A wonderful place to stay”
     Peggy H - Martinez, California

Triple T is a great place to stay. It is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The house and property is spacious and offers areas for gathering and areas to be alone. Andy, the Innkeeper, has created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere and she serves a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend the Triple T for both the business and pleasure traveler.

“You will LOVE Triple T B&B”
     PAkin_12 - Pine Mountain, Georgia

Triple T is amazing! The perfect location in the heart of the North Georgia Mountains near Dahlonega, Georgia for our 60th Birthday Party and reunion. A place to share photos of family, children and grandchildren while we were pampered by Andy. She prepared delicous meals and made sure that every detail was taken care of with ease. I HIGHLY recommend Triple T.

    “Excellent!”
     Sue31028 - Centerville, Georgia

This was a girls' reunion/collective 60th Birthday Party for six long-time friends! Andy, Innkeeper, made us comfortable and completely facilitated our gathering above and beyond our expectations. We enjoyed excellent dining and the most attentive service. Andy added her very special touches for our two special celebrations. Andy enlisted the services of Kathy, a chef friend, for one delightfully delicious evening meal.

The B & B is well located for access to area attractions, yet quietly situated. My bed was amazingly comfortable for a very sound sleep. There were plenty of gathering spaces throughout the house. Although there is no fitness center or spa per se, there is a large, beautiful pool and the services of a masseuse are available upon request.

Andy was so welcoming that I left having found a new friend. I look forward to opportunities to stay again in the future.

Triple T is the greatest. We celebrated our 50th anniversary & my birthday there. Andy's (the innkeeper) attention to detail, friendliness & good cooking were first class. We felt like we were visiting in a good friend's home. And it is so convenient to the Atlanta Motorsports Park & the outlet mall. The house is lovely with peaceful vistas and a sparkling pool. Cannot wait to return

    “You will like Triple T B & B”
     ThomasGordon - USA

During many visits to the Dawsonville area, finding suitable accommodations has always been an issue..not much available beyond the standard (sub) motel chains , and not many of them.

This trip, i decided to really give a long hard look and came upon a small blip mentioning only the name on tripadvisor.. going further, located their Facebook and on to their website.

The website had a few very favorable reviews and many pics of the property and the rooms.
I called and spoke with Andy, but did not commit, oonly mentioning that i would be coming that afternoon to meet her and take a look at triple T B& B.

After a 4 hour drive we arrived and had the pleasure of meeting Andy, the Innkeeper. As soon as entering i had a very good feeling ..Many B & B , upon entering you find a very stuffy feeling, antiques all over and dark , or at least little brightness inside.. older type Victorian homes..not all but many or most. This home, is very bright, windows all over and you will immediately see comfortable chairs everywhere you look. Straight through at the rear behind a full line of perhaps 40 feet of windows is a 20x40 pool..

After looking at the rooms >i decided on an the upper waterfall room.. On a corner, very bright and a bed that is incredible.. never and i do mean never have i slept on such a comfortable and HUGE king size bed.. usually, i am up at 6:30 but on that bed had a hard time making the call at 8am.. Spotless, 15x20 room with every amenity you could possibly have a need to use.. flat screen on the wall..Sitting room just outside the door with another tv, fans, big windows looking down at the pool.Spotless bath with very upscale toiletries. Can not imagine anyone not appreciating this room as well as the others.. Quiet..verrrrrry quiet.

Downstairs a 55" plus tv with satellite and chairs that are difficult to exit they are so comfortable. Bright eating area with the windows as stated above make this a absolutely perfect place for breakfast. Andy will prepare for you just about anything you would like. In fact, we had local guests come over and she offered to cook for them, a meal at lunch on our second day.. So, I paid for the food and andy prepared this incredible roast loin of pork with asparagus and some kind of small potatoes with rosemary and cilantro...fresh ice tea and a homemade pie..A hard act to follow. Thanks Andy, my guests said it was the most enjoyable afternoon they had spent in a very long time..A meal I will not soon forget, nor will my guests.

There is a business office with desktop and the whole place has wifi for a laptop etc. Whether you are heading to the Dawsonville, Dahlonega area or just looking for a very quiet place to get away and relax, do give Triple t consideration.. scenic route 9 goes to dawsonville and the property is about 4 miles west of Dawsonville square on the left. GPS found without any problem.

By the way, the water from an on property well is delicious... You can leave the bottled water at home.

This property is about 15 min from outlet mall and about the same to dahlonega.Cumming, taking route 9 is about 25 min.All the roads are GPS current.

You will not be disappointed with this property.. Call Anday and inquire about this wonderful place.. Looking forward myself, to a return trip soon.

Incidently, while filming a movie Triple T was home for a number of weeks to some very famous actors and actress's, including Clint Eastwood.. found out after a time that we actually had Clint Eastwood room.. In fact, i signed the toaster alongside Mr Eastwood and others..
