Three Room Suites
Our Three Room Suites, each with a bedroom, a bathroom with dressing area, and a separate sitting room. One suite has a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen pullout sofa bed, and two sitting chairs in the sitting room. The second Three Room Suite has a queen bed in the sleeping area and two twin daybeds in the sitting room, along with an overstuffed easy chair for relaxing. Both suites feature whirlpool jetted tubs, and each has one of our original stacked stone gas fireplaces for you to enjoy on a cool mountain evening. The Three Room suites are on the second-floor front side of the Inn and overlook the property. The second-floor three room suites are family friendly.

King Bed Rooms
Our King rooms are located on both the main and the second floor on the front side of the Inn with a porch view of the wooded portion of the property. In addition to a King size bed, the rooms include a desk with chair, as well as two comfortable chairs for relaxing and reading. Each of the king rooms beds can be made into twin beds if separate sleeping arrangements are requested. Main floor king rooms are family friendly.

Queen Bed Rooms
Our Queen rooms are located on both the main and the second floor of the Inn and feature a queen size bed, desk with chair and a cozy sitting chair for relaxing. These delightful accommodations open onto a covered porch, which overlooks the spacious 12 acre meadow, pool and lush perennial gardens.

Penthouse Suites
Our largest and most spacious rooms, the Penthouse Suites are located on the third floor of the Inn. Each suite is beautifully and individually decorated and plenty of windows providing guests abundant natural light and terrific overviews of the property. The high ceilings create a sense of openness while the natural wood floors and walls give off a warm and comfortable glow. From the lavish linens to the overstuffed reading chairs, the Penthouse Suites are luxurious. They each have a gas log fireplace and a private bath boasting a corner Jacuzzi tub perfect for soaking away the worries of life.

Policies & Guest Information
- Reservations: A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Cancellations: Must be made 7 days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is received within 7 days of your arrival, your credit card will be charged the equivalent of 1 nights lodging, to include applicable sales tax.
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
- Payment: All major credit cards and cash are accepted.
- Taxes: 7% state sales tax and 5% county hotel/motel tax are added to each room charge.
- Alcoholic Beverages: Beer and wine service is available in our restaurant. Guests are permitted to BYOB their favorite beverage to enjoy in their room, on the porches, in the Garden House, or by the pool.
- Restaurant Hours: Breakfast is served between 8:30am and 10:00am. Evening dinner service begins at 6:00 pm.
- Pet Policy: Although we love pets and have a dog and cat on property, our guest rooms are not pet friendly.
- Additional People & Children: Our Bed and Breakfast has 4 family friendly rooms. If you have more than two people in your room, an extra charge of $15 per person per night, plus tax will be added to your bill. Please contact the Inn directly for reservations when traveling with children.
- Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and enclosed common areas are smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in open-air areas only.
