    • If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please contact us at least (7) days prior to your arrival date for a full refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee (10 or more rooms see below).
    • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. However, we will issue you a gift certificate for the days charged for which you did not stay. This gift certificate may be used anytime assuming availability (10 or more rooms see below).
    • For reservations of 10 rooms or more, the same rules for cancellations apply and there is a $350 non-refundable deposit due at the time you make the reservation. This $350 deposit will be applied to your stay at check-in.
    • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for special requests.
    • Check-in: 3 pm - 8 pm. If you are checking in outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
    • Check-out: 12 pm.
    • All of the Edgewater Hotel's rooms are nonsmoking. However, there is a designated area for smoking exterior to the building.
