    • November - May: $149 - $250
    • June - October: $99 - $185
    • (Florida State and Lodging Tax additional)
    • Special Rates: Corporations, seniors, members of the military, and others qualify for special rates. Please let us know when you contact us and we will provide you with information on these rates.
    • Check out time is noon
    • We do not allow smoking in our suites, but each has private access to the outside verandas where smoking is permitted.
    • We do accept pets and children.
    • We have limited handicap access.
    • All rooms have private baths.
    • If your plans should change, we request that you call us at least 48 hours in advance of your check-in time.
    • We will charge your credit card for one night's stay if you do not cancel and we could have rented your room.
