The King George
Besides the spectacular view from this bayfront room, you’ll enjoy this room’s spacious floor plan and original hardwood floors. An electric fireplace insert will set the mood in this luxurious room as you fill the double Jacuzzi tub for a relaxing soak. Enjoy the queen sized bed, separate bathroom, and private porch with its own separate entrance.

The Lyndsay Michelle
This second floor accommodation is the largest room in the inn. A Victorian king bed, high ceilings, and an electric fireplace insert make the main room truly breathtaking. A smaller connecting room with a full bed comfortably allows extra people (additional charges apply) or simply extra space. The private bathroom features a Jacuzzi/shower combination. In addition to the two bedrooms, this suite has a small sitting area with French doors that open to your private deck with direct bayfront views.

The Governor White
This second floor room boasts a pillow-topped king-size bed, new bamboo flooring, and a large French armoire and matching dresser. Located in the original 1790′s section of the house, one can imagine the relaxing evenings happily spent in this room many years ago. Turn to the left and see the partial bay view from your comfortable bed or in-room seating area complete with a twin daybed full of fluffy pillows to lounge on, or turn to the right and relax in the in-room double Jacuzzi. A twin trundle also pulls out to make two twin beds, allowing this rooms to accommodate 4 people (additional charges apply). Plus, you’ll enjoy easy access to the large second floor porch directly overlooking the St. Augustine bayfront!

The Bridge of Lions
Choose this second floor room for its awesome views of the Bridge of Lions and the bayfront, as well as its gorgeous hardwood floors, four poster queen-sized bed, double Jacuzzi, and bright bay window. Or choose it because just outside the private entrance is two chairs that overlook the bay under a covered porch. Cushy outdoor furniture—including sofas, chair lounges and a romantic daybed are just steps away on the stunning deck.

The Forrester Suite
This unique room is on the second floor and offers amazing views of the south side of the bay—which includes the romantic beacon from the St. Augustine lighthouse–from its many windows. A French armoire, king antique bed and marble topped tables will spoil you in this luxurious room. French doors open to an adjoining room housing the double Jacuzzi, and a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. Right outside the room is plush outdoor furniture, including a romantic porch swing.

Princess Margaret
Want to feel like royalty? You’ll be spoiled by this rich and elegant room. A queen-sized bed and Victorian armoire decorate the bedroom, which opens through French doors to a separate space for the double Jacuzzi tub. A bathroom with toilet and shower are separate from the tub. Comfy chaise lounges, and a romantic round daybed are steps away on the second floor deck. Lounge in the sun, or watch the sun go down with a glass of complimentary wine, beer, or homemade sangria from our nightly happy hour.

Stephanie’s Hideaway
You’ll want to hide and not come out of this beautifully decorated second floor room. Enjoy a long soak in the double Jacuzzi in front of an electric fireplace, or soothe your muscles in the gorgeous shower with double showerheads. A queen sized bed and craftsman armoire complete the room, which is just steps away from the second floor sun deck.

The Burgess Cottage
Named for the owner of the third portion of the house, which was built as the connection between the Marin House and the Burgess Cottage in the 1800′s, this first floor room offers an entry sitting area with two comfortable chairs overlooking the courtyard and an electric fireplace. Step up to the hardwood floors to your Queen Rococo bed and large marble top dresser. The bath is separated by French doors, and will spoil you with a romantic double corner Jacuzzi and separate shower.

The Coquina Suite
Want a romantic, private room for a romantic getaway? This suite was recently named one of the “Most Remarkable Rooms” in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Union Times. It consists of three spacious rooms—a small entranceway, separate room with a large Jacuzzi tub and comfy daybed, and the bedroom with a romantic queen-sized four poster bed. This room is in the oldest part of the house, and boasts the original coquina walls in the bedroom and Jacuzzi area.

The Francisco Marin
This first floor room is named for the original owner and builder of the 1790 section of the house. A king-sized bed crowns this very private and luxurious room, which also includes an original coquina wall and romantic electric fireplace insert. The separate bath has a Jacuzzi/shower combination…a great place for you to unwind after exploring lovely St. Augustine.

The Robinson Lewis

The Napoleon Room
This first floor room has double French doors that open onto our bayfront patio. Next to the room is an exceptionally comfortable loveseat glider and wicker table—a perfect place to watch the sailboats in the bay. Sleep in on the king-sized bed, then wake yourself up with an invigorating shower in the oversized tiled shower. This room is handicap accessible, and can be outfitted with any required amenities.

The Captain Henry

The Hopkins Cottage
You deserve a relaxing getaway. This first floor room allows you to lounge in a double Jacuzzi while enjoying a movie (or show) on the flat screen television with DVD player. This room is named after the family who built this section of the house in the 1850’s, and it still features a brick wall and the original hardwood floors. This room opens onto a covered porch with views of the water and a sweet and dreamy porch swing.

Reservation Policies
- $109 - $309 Double Occupancy including gourmet breakfast, wine, sangria, and beer with snacks at happy hour. (Rates subject to change).
- Check in at our Florida Waterfront Property After 3:00 p.m.
- Check Out at our Florida Waterfront Property By 11:00 a.m.
- Check in after 9:00 p.m. by special arrangement, please.
- Reservations: Confirmed reservations require a credit card guarantee and one night's lodging in advance.
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accpeted.
- Minimum Stay: A two or three night minimum may be required on weekends, holidays and some peak season weeknights. Please call or check under the "Reservations" link for up to the minute minimum stay requirements. All published rates and minimum stays are subject to change and can only be confirmed with the required one night deposit and/or full payment.
- Additional charge of $30 for each extra person or $20 for each child 12 and under. (First two people included in rate).
- Rates subject to 10% Florida state and local tax.
- Rates may change without notice.
- Smoking permitted on porches and courtyard only please.
- Corporate rates available on weekdays.
- Special 2-day rates June-Sept. Please inquire at time of reservations.

Pet Policy
- Additional $30 per night per pet, in specific rooms only - must be discussed at the time of reservation. We reserve the right to charge up to $100 for damage and/or extraordinary cleaning necessitated by having the pet in the room. Please do not leave pets alone in the room if they are barking. A cell phone number is required should we need to contact you regarding your pet while you are out of your room.

Cancellation Policy for Bayfront Marin House
- $30.00 fee for cancellation up to seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Important note: Fourteen (14) days advanced cancellation required on holidays or when multiple rooms are reserved.
- Cancellation after that time will result in a one night's charge if the room is not rented.
- No shows will be charged full rate.
- Our cancellation policy is competitive with inns and hotel chains in this area.
- Cancellation of a horse and carriage appointment with short or no notice is subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
