Built in 1906, this turn-of-the-century home provides New Smyrna Beach, FL lodging featuring romantic, antique-filled interiors and sweeping sunny porches ideal for relaxing with a book or tall drink. All guest rooms offer private bathrooms and personal touches. Many gracious suites feature views of the river.
Innkeepers Martha and Chuck Nighswonger greet their guests in the morning with a choice of breakfast. Enjoy a full breakfast, complete with steaming hot coffee and freshly baked breads, served upon china and antique silver in the dining room, or have a continental breakfast delivered to your room, porch, or the dock. Delicious low-cholesterol hot entrees are a house specialty.
The Night Swan's 2-story dock, which extends 160-feet into the majestic Indian River, is perfect for boat, bird and dolphin watching, sunbathing, or just daydreaming.
Located between Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Center on the east coast of Central Florida, you may experience a sunset river cruise by sailboat, deep sea fishing, river fishing, or fly fishing. Enjoy the sandy beaches, or the National Seashore, play golf, and take advantage of some wonderful antique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Day trips to Disney World, and beautiful State Parks, such as Blue Spring and DeLeon Springs, are all within easy driving distance.
The Night Swan has 15 guest rooms, all with queen or king beds, all with TV and telephone, air conditioning, and private baths, many with an oversize whirlpool (Jacuzzi) tub and shower. We also have a private Meeting Room and feature complimentary wireless Internet throughout the property.

The Mainsail Suite is the first floor of the cottage with double french doors overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. There is a king bed in a large room, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker on a counter with a little sink. The large bathroom has a double-headed shower with no step-over.
