We are in an ideal location to rest and relax when traveling from Orlando to Miami or the Florida Keys.

    You will be minutes from the Flagler Museum and Worth Avenue in Palm Beach and the Palm Beach County Convention Center, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum and City Place in West Palm Beach and close to many golf courses. Colleen and John's home is more comfortable than a hotel and is a short distance from the beach, golf courses, antique shops, art galleries, regional theater, unique restaurants and cafes. Travel ten minutes and you are at Palm Beach's famous Worth Avenue and world renowned shopping and dining or West Palm Beach's newly-built City Place where you can surround yourself with European style shops and restaurants.

    Built in 1936 and renovated in 1997, the Sabal Palm House is a large, historic and distinctive two-story home across from the Intracoastal Waterway.  We are a short distance from the Atlantic Ocean and  the beautiful Palm Beaches. This renovated home has kept its architectural beauty and historical charm, with beautiful oak wood floors, high, molded ceilings, and its tropical elegance. Each of its five guest rooms and two two -room suites has an individual distinction and includes renovated private baths (two with large whirlpool tubs), covered balconies, antique furniture and artwork by master artists for which each particular room is named. Enjoy oil, lithograph and watercolor reproductions by Renoir, Degas, Michelangelo, Dali, Lautrec, Chagall, Rockwell and others. 

    Comfort, service and attention to detail is of primary importance at the Sabal Palm House. Pampering guests is what we enjoy most. Guests are served a breakfast each morning starting with coffee and tea at 7:30 a.m. Fruit and muffins at 8:30 a.m., and a full gourmet breakfast from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m., tea and homemade sweets at 3:00 p.m.  See our recipes page for some of our favorites. There is a refrigerator off the parlor where guest can help themselves to complimentary wine and beverages. All can be enjoyed in the indoor dining rooms or the tropical courtyard. Relax by lounging quietly and reading your favorite book to sounds of relaxing jazz music in the parlor or tropical courtyard.

    To make your stay extra special, the Sabal Palm House provides guests those subtle, pleasurable touches such as fresh flowers, plush cotton towels, luxury linens, elegant toiletries, spa robes, and a nightly turn-down service.   We also provide beach towels and chairs.  We will make certain that you are comfortable and provided anything you need for that perfect day at the beach, a round of golf, a deep sea fishing or diving expedition or just a relaxing day exploring the area's quaint antique shops, cafes and restaurants.
