Lush tropical gardens enfold and unite the three guest houses that comprise the property. Winding brick walkways meander past mountains of bromeliads in bloom, a babbling coral rock fountain and fish pond, and shaded secret garden seats. All varieties of exotic plants thrive in this miniature jungle, including night blooming serus cactus, Christmas tree palms, Spanish lime trees, bougainvillea, orchids, stag horn ferns, and coconut palms.

From the Florida Mainland:

Take the Florida Turnpike South to US1 South. Travel South on US1 to Key West.

When you reach Key West continue South on US1 / N. Roosevelt Avenue to Palm Avenue.

Turn Right onto Palm Avenue and travel over the bridge and around sharp curve to the left where Palm Avenue becomes Eaton Street.

From Eaton Street, turn Left onto William Street. Island City House Hotel is on the left at 411 William Street.

The Island City House is the main building on our property housing twelve parlor suites, ten one-bedroom suites, and two two-bedroom suites. These suites are furnished in an island Victorian style with lace curtains and many antique pieces.

The two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed, a living/dining room with a full kitchen, one bathroom and a large porch.

The ten parlor suites have one queen-size bed and a separate sitting area with a kitchen. Many of these suites also have a sleeper sofa (for children or a third adult) or a porch overlooking the gardens.

All of our twenty-four suites have private baths, air conditioning, kitchens, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, televisions, and direct dial telephones.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices listed do not include tax which is, 12.5 percent.
• One bedroom suite prices are based on a two-person occupancy.
• Two-bedroom suite prices are based on a four-person occupancy.
• There is a $20 charge for each additional person.
• Children under 12 stay free.
• Rates, minimum stays, and deposit requirements may be higher during special events and holidays.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover, Traveler's Checks. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
• Check-in time: 3 pm. Check-out time: 11 am.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• One night's advance deposit is required for reservations.
• Two-night's advance deposit may be required for special events and/or holidays.
• If there is a change in your plans for all or part of your stay, notify us at least 14 days prior to your arrival (30 days for holidays and special events) and we will refund your deposit less a $50 cancellation fee.
• If cancelled inside of two weeks (or 30 days, which ever applies), your deposit is forfeited. Upon arrival, payment must be made in full for the agreed upon stay.
• If you wish to check out before your confirmed departure date, for whatever reason, your payment will not be refunded. We regret that there can be no exceptions to this policy.
