Rates, Reservation Information, & Policies
- Room rates range from $109 for a single/double room to $239.
- Prices include a full home-cooked breakfast and a complimentary wine and cheese hour every evening.
- Additional breakfast tickets can be purchased for your visitors for just $10 each.
- All rates are based on double occupancy. Rates are subject to change.
- Corporate and weekly extended stay rates are available.
- Please add $25 for an additional person in room.
- The Sweetwater Branch Inn accepts checks, cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards.
- Prices do not include sales tax or county lodging tax.
- Reservations are strongly recommended.
- If you cancel your room anytime after making the reservation, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
- Weekday reservations require a three-day cancellation; weekends require a seven-day cancellation notice, and Special Events require a 30-day.
- There is no smoking permitted inside any of Sweetwater Branch Inn's properties. We ask that smokers enjoy their tobacco outside on the veranda, the upstairs porch, or in the garden. Smoking guests are requested to respect non-smoking guests. There will be a fee for anyone who smokes in the room.
- Check in is 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. There is a $35 charge for late check-outs.
- Children Under the Age of 6- It is our best hope to be a family friendly inn. We welcome your children but ask that they are consistently supervised to keep noise and activity to a minimum so as to avoid disturbing our guests on romantic or peaceful vacations. Seating is family style and may not be appropriate for toddlers and infants. Children over the age of 4 are more easily managed in the dining room area. We also do not provide cribs or pack and plays.
