Queen bed, private bath in room, sofa, 2TV/DVD, and video player setups; and 1 HDTV, living room of equal size with 2 sofas, 2 square tables, chest of drawers with bedding for 3 children. Medium refrigerator and microwave. Door onto 10x15 deck with gas grill. Outdoor table, chairs, and rockers. Max. 2 adults, 3 children under 18. 3rd adult $20 per night

- Pets: We regret that, for health & sanitation reasons, we are unable to permit pets in any of our guest rooms. We have 4 outdoor cats.
- All rooms, indoor spaces, barn, breezeway and porches are NON SMOKING AREAS.
- Smoking is permitted in open outdoor areas only.
- If we find serious smoking odors in the room, a cleaning, deodorizing charge of $80 will be applied to the credit card account of guests who choose to leave smoke odors in their room.
- We lack facilities for children below school age.
- Arrival time is usually after 3:00 PM. Our entrance lane is 9/10 mile long. Follow the Cypress House signs posted along the way. Reflective markers are in place if you should arrive after dark.
- Departure time is 11:00 AM.
- With a deposit of 1 night's charges by Visa or MC, your room will be held until you arrive. (ONE WEEK NOTICE REQUIRED FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS).
- Cancellation notification must be at least 72 hours prior to the day of arrival, or your card will be charged full charges for your reserved visit.
- Cancellaltions must be by direct phone contact....NOT Voicemail..NO answerering machine.
- Advertised rates may change without notice. BOOKED RATES WILL NOT BE AFFECTED.
- Wireless internet is available throughout the property.
