Room 3
One of our most popular rooms, Room 3 is a favorite with guests on Florida honeymoon vacations, celebrating anniversaries, birthdays, or other special occasions. This luxurious retreat is on the upper floor of the historic building, facing Ash Street. The room has a large private balcony that opens off of the room and affords a lovely place to relax in a rocking chair and take in the neighborhood of Victorian homes that surround the Addison on Amelia.
The bedroom has four large windows flanked by dramatic silk draperies and a king-sized bed, original hardwood floors, decorative fireplace, and 11-foot ceilings. The large private bathroom has an oversized jetted tub with shower. A cot may be added to this room to accomodate a third person. The daily rate for the cot is $50.

This room is on the ground floor with a private entrance off of the courtyard and has been designed to be ADA compliant. A cot may be added to this room to accommodate a third person. The daily rate for the cot is $50.

Understated hints of the tropics in the impeccably decorated guest rooms bring to mind Old Florida elegance with four-poster beds, rich hardwood floors and ceiling fans stirring a cool breeze. Just imagine yourself as a guest in an elegant turn-of-the-century home by the sea: warm, well-polished furnishings, tall ceilings, the rustle of silk draperies in the afternoon breeze and wicker chairs overlooking a quiet courtyard. Each room has premium bedding with deluxe linens and luxurious, modern baths, many with jetted tubs big enough for two. Slipping into our 600 thread count cotton sheets is a decadent pleasure matched only by the lavish Turkish cotton towels in your bath. The Addison provides spa quality, environmentally sensitive amenities for an elegant accompaniment to your bath or shower. In addition, each room is equipped with two cozy robes, a hairdryer, color TV, WiFi high speed internet and a clock radio. Rooms 1 through 5 are on the main house air conditioning systems and Rooms 6 through 15 have individual climate control systems. The Addison offers a 5% AARP or AAA discount off of the standard room rates shown below.
Policies - A 2-night minimum stay may be required on weekend nights; either Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday. 3-night stays may be required during special events and festivals.
- All prices are for one night double occupancy. Children over the age of 12 are permitted in some rooms for an additional $50 per day. Advance arrangements must be made.
- Rates are subject to change without notice due to festivals, events and special discount offers. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required to secure a reservation. This amount will be billed to the credit card at the time of reservation confirmation. The balance is due on check in.
- We also accept gift certificates from ILoveInns.com and BnBFinder.com. We no longer accept gift certificates from BedAndBreakfast.com
- Check in time is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please notify us at 904-277-1604 if a late check in is required. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
- Reservations are required. Please access the online reservation form or call us at 1-800-943-1604 (USA only) or at 904-277-1604 during office hours (10:00 AM through 6:00 PM seven days per week).
- Non-Smoking Policy: The Addison On Amelia, including all rooms, common areas, the courtyard and decks, is a non-smoking environment. An additional charge of $150 plus one room night and applicable tax will be billed to cover any additional cleaning due to the smell of smoke.

Cancellation Policy:
- We realize that plans can change. The following policies will apply to cancellations:
- Deposits, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded provided reservations are cancelled at least 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in deposits being held for use in a future reservation. For reservations with multiple rooms, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in deposits being forfeited.
- Consideration will be made if the rooms can be re-booked.
- Failure to check in or cancel a reservation will result in the entire stay being charged.
- If the Inn is closed due to a storm-related evacuation order then deposits will be fully refunded.
