  • Wysteria

     The Wysteria is the Inn's most whimsical room. Its sylvan theme brings natures tranquility inside the residence. The hand made wrought iron bed is surrounded by uniquely painted furniture. The room is illuminated, during the day, with three six foot windows. Classic French doors open onto the bathroom. The luxurious bathroom is equipped with both a double-Jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

    Low Season: $169 per night / High Season: $199 per night.

  • Corleone

    The Corleone room is decorated with period furniture imported from Italy. Its abundant space and four expansive windows promote the exuberance of a new day. The room contains a queen size bed and 32" flat panel television. Guests can return after a long day and relax on the rooms period couch. The Corleone has a private bathroom with a unique pebbled shower stall.

  • Hollywood

     

    The Hollywood room takes its theme from a signature mark of D.C. s best historic architecture - the gentle curve of its wall . The furnishings and design give a feel of sanctuary and delight . Light shafts through the bay windows, across the heartwood floor, penetrating into the expansive and elegant bathroom.

  • Hollyhock

    Hollyhock

     

    The Hollyhock room is anchored with an antique wooden bed. Its soft coffee colored walls and bright windows combine the energy of the city and the tranquility of the Inn. The Hollyhock room shares a highly designed bathroom with Sweet Charity

  • Down to Earth

    Our most modern of furnishings in the house is in the third-floor Soho Room. From the sharp angles of the roofline to the queen-sized platform bed and sharp edged dresser, this room is anything but Victorian. Two windows and a large skylight bring lots of natural light to the room. The rustic stone and light-filled bathroom with full tub and shower combination adjoins your room.

  • Uptown

     

    The Uptown room overlooks the Inns gardens. It is a retreat within a retreat. The spacious bathroom and queen size bed would make guests want to stay in the room throughout the day if DC was a less exciting city. The spacious bathrooms main window also faces the garden and allows the morning light to illuminate the room. A unique stone decorates the walls around the bath. After a long day guests can unwind in the bath using its Jacuzzi feature. $169 to $255 per night

     

     

  • Jewell

     

    Slanted ceiling, soothing colors, a quiet third-floor escape awaits you in the Jewell Room. Named after the original builder of the home, Jewell has a regular tub/shower and a king size four poster bed. The room has a skylight and small window dressed by plantation shutters. A great room to retreat to for those wonderful afternoon naps!

  • Enchanted Cottage

     

    Romantic and private, this two-level cottage is located right behind the Inn. The first level has a living area, futon, refrigerator and microwave; the spiral wrought iron staircase leads to a lovely room with a Romeo and Juliet balcony and paned windows. The bathroom is remodeled in classic tile and boasts a dreamy clawfoot tub and a French bidet. $165.94 per night

  • Sweet Charity Room

     

    The smallest of the guestrooms at the Inn, this third floor room is furnished with Monterrey furniture from the 1930s and a full-size bed. As with all guestrooms on the third floor, this room includes a skylight for plenty of natural light. The full bath for this room is private to your party, but located in hall.

    Low Season: $125 per night / High Season: $149 per night.
    Maximum occupancy for this room is 2.

  • Room with a View

    A Room with a View is decorated to transport visitors out of the bustle of the city. Its third floor balcony offers guests a view of D.C. It is the Inn's largest living area with three rooms: the bathroom, bedroom and sitting area. The bedroom's French doors allow the morning light to cast its message of enthusiasm across the room. The bathroom's golden marble tile recreates a summers day sunshine. Its separate sitting room offers guests quiet relaxation after a busy day.

    Low Season: $180 per night / High Season: $225 per night.

    Maximum occupancy for this room is 2.

  • Reservation Policies

    Our beautiful in is quite different from many typical B&B's, so please be sure the following details fit your needs and are comfortable for you.
    We cannot assure you that there will be someone at the Inn when you arrive, when you check out, or when you are coming and going . Arrival to the home requires access using the entry code. Your only company at the home may be other guests. All guestrooms have secure locks. Your credit card is charged a day before your arrival. Let us know if you prefer to pay in cash or a gift certificate.

    • Reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's stay (room rate and taxes of 14.5%) by credit card.
    • This deposit is non-refundable.
    • The remaining balance (room rate and taxes) is due upon arrival.
    • Cancellation of reservation must be provided at least 5 days in advance.
    • Cancellations made with less than 5 days before arrival will be billed for reserved dates.
    • Payment can be made by credit card, cash or traveler's check.
    • Two-night minimum. Inquire with Inn regarding exception periods.
    • Smoking is allowed in limited areas
    • Accommodations are not suitable for children
    • Check in time is 3 p.m. and Check out time is 12 p.m.
