For your stay, you will choose from six guest rooms; a two-room suite; an English Basement Studio; and a magnificent “Pinnacle Suite” with a private deck, large bathroom, two-person Jacuzzi, King size bed, and a working fireplace. All our rooms are uniquely and tastefully decorated. The lovely antiques and charming decor will make it hard to choose a favorite room.
Breakfast begins with gourmet coffee. Fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade granola, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and fresh pastries from the local bakery round out the meal. Enjoy fun and lively conversations at the breakfast table about the city and the hot topics of the day with your host, Alan.
The Victorian Room

Our decadent suite is comprised of an entire private floor in the inn. Rich plum wallpaper and exquisite stained-glass windows in plum and amber are the height of Victorian romance! The Pinnacle Suite
This is a new modern and luxurious suite with 22-foot ceilings, stained-glass window, king size bed and private grand bathroom with Jacuzzi for two! The Pinnacle is perched at the top of the inn on a private floor and also features its own deck, stocked minibar, flat screen plasma TV and CD player. It is just perfect for a special occasion or for entertaining friends and business associates!

- Rates include double occupancy and a deluxe continental breakfast.
- We are a completely non-smoking facility, and pets are not allowed.
- Limited parking is available on the property for an additional charge of $20 per night. Please inquire at time of booking.
- Extra charge for a third guest is $35.
- Children over the age of 12 yrs. are welcome.
- If you are arriving at Dulles or BWI airports, we can arrange for a transportation service. You can also contact directly to our shuttle service at 202-345-1588 or email: afairtransportation@yahoo.com and ask for Getu.
- Deposit: 50% deposit required at time of booking, with balance due seven days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations: Reservations cancelled with more than seven days' notice will receive a refund of the initial deposit less a $35 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled with less than seven days' notice or departures from the Inn earlier than specified on a reservation are subject to forfeiture of all advance payments unless rooms can be re-rented.
- Check-in: 2:00 to 6:00 pm daily.
- After 6:00, please call to arrange late check-in.
- Check-out: 11:00 am.
