  • Guest Rooms

    The Nature RoomThe Nature Room is up an exterior flight of stairs and has a fabulous double window view of the Old Mill Creek. It is our largest room and features an in suite desk, TV (local reception)and DVD player. It has a queen size sleigh bed, large private bath, ceiling fan, a.c./heater, personal refrig, coffee maker, hair dryer and plenty of space. Is across from the Lighthouse room.
    The Lighthouse RoomThe Lighthouse Room, with a soothing blue color scheme, is on our second floor. It features a large double window with an outstanding view of the creek, a large private bath, ceiling fan, a.c., TV (local reception) and DVD player. It also has an alcove with a personal refrigerator and coffee maker. Second floor rooms not recommended for dogs who have difficulty on stairs.
    The Key West RoomThe Key West Room is on our lower ground floor. It features a queen size bed, large private bath, personal refrigerator, coffee maker, a.c., ceiling fan and TV (local reception) with DVD player. Immediately adjacent to the room is a large sitting area with an easy access walk out patio shared with the Flamingo room. Can be rented with the Flamingo room for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room suite. (Minimal stairs to enter).
    The Mermaid Room

    The Mermaid Room (is on the second floor with Nature and Lighthouse. It has a full private bath, sitting area, ceiling fan, a.c., personal refrigerator with coffee maker, TV and DVD player. It overlooks the front yard of the bed and breakfast and fits a single rollaway nicely. Second floor rooms not recommended for dogs who have difficulty with stairs.

    		 The Flamingo Room

    The FLAMINGO room features a queen size bed, a.c., ceiling fan, personal refrigerator and coffee maker, full attached private bath, TV and DVD player. It can be rented with the Key West room for a private 2 bedroom and living room suite. Immediately adjacent to the room is a large sitting area with a on level walk out patio shared with the Key West room. (Minimal stairs to enter).
    Cottage in the Dog Run

    A very popular, small, private, only 2 person room with heat/air conditioning, queen size bed, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cozy sitting area, TV (4 channels) and DVD player, and full attached bathroom with shower. Very convienient to the dog run. Only three steps to enter. Ideal room to get away with privacy!
     

  • Rates and Policies

    • Rates - October $140-$185/night
    • November $120 - $175/night
    • December $110 - $170/night
    • New! Suite option - Key West + Flamingo can be rented together - 2 bedroom, 2 bath, private entrance and living room, can sleep up to 6 people with extra beds - call for prices.
    • Prices DO NOT include DE 8% occupancy tax are for 1 or 2 persons in the room and are subject to change without notice.
    • Fee for a Third person in the room is $50 per night (rollaway beds available on request).
    • Deposit - We require a $100 deposit mailed to us within 2 days of making a reservation.
    • Cancelation - A $50 fee will be charged for all cancelations. $75 for Holiday cancelations. If less than 2 weeks notice, guest is responsible for the payment of room rent- no exceptions. No cancelations accepted via email, phone calls only.
    • Refunds NOT given for inclement weather.
    • Refunds NOT given for early departure.
    • 2 night minimum on weekends
    • 3 night minimum on holidays
    • Check IN time is 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. $10 fee for checkin after 9 pm. You must call us to verify your check in time within a 2 hour window.
    • Check OUT time is 11 a.m.
    • Kayak rental $25/day courtesy of Quest Kayak of Lewes (seasonal May to October)
    • The Lazy L is smoke free. For guests who smoke we have outside decks and smoking areas.
