Bethel Bed and Breakfast is a quaint Victorian home overlooking the scenic Broad Creek River in the historic town of Bethel, Delaware. Once the hub of shipbuilding in the mid-1800s, Bethel is home to the famous three masts RAM Schooner designed and built by resident Captain J.M.C. Moore for use in the commercial shipping industry of the Chesapeake Bay.
On a leisure walk around town you will notice historic homes built by shipbuilders and schooner captains. Visit the Historic Bethel Store on Main St. and enjoy scrapple sandwiches. Once inside the store, you will find the elders of the community sitting on the "Liars' Bench" discussing local politics and times past. The Bethel Historic Museum's display of artifacts from the shipbuilding era will capture your interest and imagination.Ask us about our golf, nature, and celebration packages.
