Also the Palmer Arboretum which is a place for education, enjoyment and enlightenment that's located in the town of Woodstock, CT, on Route 169. When looking for a restaurant in the area you may be interested in trying The Inn at Woodstock Hill. This restaurant has been featured in Connecticut Magazine, where it was awarded "Best Hotel Dining" and "Best Brunch." The Mansion at Bald Hill is another excellent option. They offer gourmet dining and fine wine.
