The Georgianna Suite

The large bedroom offers a king bed, an oversized dresser and night stand, in French Provincial style, and plenty of closet space. Private bath adjoins the bedroom and includes tub with shower. French doors open to your private balcony looking out on a magnificent Copper Beach tree. You can relax on a sofa or in one of the upholstered chairs in the large sitting room and watch TV or a movie on the newly added flat screen TV. A work desk and chair sit in the lovely multi-windowed tower area. Free wireless high speed internet access, free cable TV and DVD player. Taber Furnished Apartment

New Extended Stay
Two-Bedroom Residence

This lovely 900 square foot, smoke-free, pet-free, tastefully furnished modern duplex apartment is a perfect retreat for longer stay visitors who do not want the high price and impersonality of a hotel chain. Conveniently located just blocks from area restaurants, shops, antique stores, salons, and the train station. It is less than a mile from Choate Rosemary Hall and The Wallingford Victorian Bed and Breakfast, just minutes from MasoniCare and Gaylord Hospital, and only 5 miles from Bristol-Myers Squibb. Centrally air-conditioned, this apartment comes completely furnished and includes linen, fully-equipped kitchen, and all the home accessories that make this more than just a place to stay. The first floor has a lovely living room, dining area, half-bath and modern kitchen. The second floor has two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a full size bed, the other with a twin trundle bed that opens to the size of a king bed. The second floor includes a newly renovated full bath. Rental fee cover utilities, cable TV, local and long distance phone calls and high speed internet connection. Housecleaning services provided. Breakfast NOT included.

Extended stay rate: $600 per week (2 week minimum), $1,950 per month, $1,600 per month with a minimum 6-month term lease (occupancy tax only applied to first 30 days.) Call or e-mail for inquiries and availability.

A third floor bedroom with tall ceilings holds a full sized four poster bed plus dresser, night stands, and large closet. Free cable TV and wireless high speed internet access. Individual heat and A/C. Private bathroom with shower. Please Note: The Charles room is currently NOT available.

Rates, Reservations and Policies

Rates

• Call for special government or business and extended stay rates plus flexible cancellation and check in /check out policy.
• All rates subject to 12% taxes
• Children are allowed in some suites with advance notice. (all rates subject to taxes)
• Additional $20 charge per night for more than two guests per room.
• Accepted forms of payment: Cash, travelers checks, major credit cards include MasterCard and VISA.

Reservations:

• Credit card required to guarantee all reservation requests.
• Special holidays or school events may require a minimum two or three nights stay, and a surcharge to the regular rates given - please ask when making your reservation request.

Deposit:

• Deposit required at time of reservation.

Policies:

• Special events and holidays may require two night minimum stay.

Cancellations:

• Deposit will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is given via email or in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival date. Less than 14 days notice, only the portion of your reservation we are able to rebook will be refunded. Special Events: Holidays, school events, group bookings and affairs; require 120 days notice. Extended stays (more than one week) require 60 days notice. A partial cancellation may be treated as a cancellation for the entire stay, no refund for early departure or late arrival. All cancellations subject to 20% administration fees. We will make every effort to reschedule your visit or provide a certificate toward future stays.

Pet Friendly Lodging:

• There are some limitations and advance notice is required.
• Our two Sheltie companions are always kept apart from our guests, and we request that any traveling companions be accompanied at all times by their caretakers.
• A $20.00 pet fee and damage deposit is required. Current immunization records must be presented.
• If these guidelines are cannot be met, we will assist you in looking for other lodging for your pet.

Smoking Policy:

• Please, No Smoking in the house.
• We prefer to keep our home smoke free. Comfortable chairs are provided on the porches and balconies for our smokers.
• We regret that we may need to charge additional cleaning fees to those who may forget and smoke in the house.
