It is said, If you have two pennies, with the first buy bread and with the second buy hyacinths for your soul. Another Second Penny Inn our 1710 colonial home, offers three large guestrooms, private jetted baths, fireplaces, and our famous five course breakfast.
Set amid almost five acres of gardens, fields and forest, Another Second Penny Inn Inn is within three miles of downtown Mystic, historic Stonington Borough, the Aquarium, and the Seaport. Perfect for quiet, romantic walks or reading in a secluded hideaway; the ambience of a home that has for three centuries provided shelter and respite welcomes you.

Pets Welcome!We welcome one well-behaved pet staying with its humans in the Noyes Room (and very occasionally in the Russell Suite.) There is a one-time $25 pet fee. Your pet may not be left alone in the room when you go out unless it is happily crated.
Naturally, your pet is friendly and appropriately trained, vaccinated, etc. We do have a cat and a dog of our own so if your pet has issues ... please don't consider bringing it along. We want everyone to have a good time ~ many a dog has enjoyed running and exploring in our fields. Several local restaurants have outdoor seating and welcome dogs. We also have local walking/hiking trails and some beaches allow dogs (with restrictions.)

We've hosted many families over the years and welcome children aged 8 years and upwards. The Russell Suite has a twin bed that can accommodate a child travelling with parent(s) or children are welcome to stay in their own room. Out of consideration for our other guests, we don't host infants and very young children; however, off-season visits and family get-togethers (all three rooms) are possible.
