The Inn at Lower Farm Bed and Breakfast is a restored 1740 farmhouse centrally located in in the heart of Mystic Country Connecticut. This AAA 3 diamond rated B&B features four large well appointed guest rooms each with an en-suite bath, queen size bed and central air. Three of our guest rooms has a working fireplace. Wake up each morning to a full country breakfast served by candlelight in front of the open hearth.
The Inn at Lower Farm, is close to all area attractions. Downtown Mystic, with the renowned Mystic Seaport and the world-class Mystic Aquarium. The Inn is also convenient to the quaint seaside village of Stonington Borough. Westerly and Watch Hill, Rhode Island, with their acclaimed ocean beaches. Visit the many local wineries on the connecticut Wine Trail or try your luck at the Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun casinos.
After a day of sightseeing, hiking, and biking in the beautiful countryside or enjoying the nearby ocean beaches, enjoy the peaceful setting of the B&B with homemade cookies and a refreshing drink.

Many of our guests come to celebrate some occasion: Weddings, Anniversaries, and Birthdays. And a lot come to visit the Mystic area.
What are you best known for? What makes your inn unique? What do you love most about your inn?
We are best known for being a warm, and friendly B&B many of our guest comment that it feels like home. Our inn is authentically restored and when people step into the Keeping Room they step back into to 18th century. We love sharing our beautiful 1740 farm house with our guests.
If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit?
To be in the center of “Mystic Country” Connecticut number one tourist destination.

If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area?
Visit Stonington Village, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, The Florence Griswold Art Museum, the wineries on the Connecticut Wine Trail, the beautiful beaches of Westerly, RI, take in a show or try your luck at one of the area casinos, Foxwoods or the Mohegan Sun or take in walk in one of the many nature preserves. And try one of the many great restaurants this area has to offer.
