Award-Winning Waterfront B&B, the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina offers a choice of 16 charming guestrooms. Spectacular, beautiful, breathtaking and awesome are just some of the words our guests use to describe wedding receptions and special events held at the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina. Our Waterfront Inn is the perfect setting for smaller, intimate wedding receptions and special events.

The Inn can accommodate groups of up to 100 guests outdoors under a tent overlooking our marina and the Niantic River. Indoors, groups of up to 22 guests can be accommodated in our Bayview dining room. Our grounds offer a gazebo, beautiful flower gardens, Adirondack chairs on meticulously maintained grounds and wicker seating on our wraparound porch overlooking the water. It is the perfect setting for an intimate, casually-elegant wedding. Unlike the typical banquet facility, we pride ourselves on our beautiful setting, personal service, attention to detail and our promise to cater to our guests' unique needs and requests.

Our experienced staff will gladly coordinate the details for you ~ from tents, tables, chairs and dance floor to caterer, DJ, bartender and flowers. The Inn has 16 guest rooms and rental of all the rooms is required.

The innkeepers are the best!
This inn is an hour ride from Hartford, a beautiful scenic bed and breakfast with a great location. You can always take a short trip to a casino, winery, Mystic, or a nice walk. The view is extremely relaxing and the innkeepers are the best!

Always a fabulous experience
My husband and I have been visiting the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina for 3 years now and it is always a fabulous experience. The owners and staff are very accommodating, there are always interesting people visiting the Inn, and special treats (like cookies, sodas, and wine) give the Inn a very comfortable, home-away-from home feeling. And what can I say about breakfast! It's always tasty whether it's quiches or wonderful pecan french toast - you won't be disappointed. There are also great seafood restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner - and the community is pretty peaceful.

A place to get away from it all, relax, and spend quality time
This past weekend we stayed for the first time at the Harbor Hill Inn in Niantic. Despite rain & wind that were hurricane-like, the inn was a warm and comforting harbor from the storm and owners Sue & Dave made us feel welcome, as if we were family. We were celebrating my Mother's birthday and I think it was a wonderful experience that she and my step-dad, won't soon forget. At breakfast we talked and laughed with Sue, Dave and some of the other people staying at the inn. It was a great time and we are already planning our next trip there. I can't imagine how lovely it must be in the warm weather! Enjoy! The rooms are decorated with care and are always clean and well appointed. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, relax, and spend quality time with a significant other - this is definitely the place.

The value was unbelievable
The Inn at Harbor Hill Marina is a hidden gem on the Connecticut shore. The room was incredible with three walls of windows and a balcony with a tremendous view of the harbor. The hospitality at the inn was outstanding and the value was unbelievable.

The village of Niantic and surrounding area is nestled in the heart of Mystic Country, and is considered by many to be the crown jewel of the Connecticut coastline. Located just 20 minutes south of Mystic, Niantic boasts being the only town in Connecticut where its Main Street boarders the water and the Connecticut shoreline.

We are also within walking distance to the Niantic Bay Boardwalk (a mile-long boardwalk) and McCook's Point and Park where both overlook our Niantic Bay and Long Island Sound. Take Exit # 74. Turn right onto Rt. 161 south and follow to the end.
Turn left onto Main Street (also known as Rt. 156).
Continue for 1 block and turn left onto Smith Ave.
Take first right onto Grand St, left to our driveway and RIGHT ON THE WATER!

From New York City (or coming from the south i.e., traveling I-95 North)
For a more scenic route than the above, and sometimes shorter when I-95 traffic is heavy, take Exit #70 just after the Baldwin Bridge. At the end of the exit, take a right onto Rt. 156. Follow Rt. 156 and signs to Niantic (approx. 10 miles). Once in the Village of Niantic, you will see shops and the Niantic Cinemas (a movie theater) on your left. At the next light (note the Morton House on the corner), take a left onto Rt. 161 and then your first right onto Grand St. Follow Grand St. to the end, left to our driveway and RIGHT ON THE WATER!

From Springfield MA / Hartford
Take I-91 South to Exit #22 S (Rt. 9 South ~ Middletown / Old Saybrook). This is a left hand exit. Follow Rt. 9 South to the very end. Take I-95 North toward New London / Providence. Once on I-95 North, follow either of the directions above.
