Cottage Suites
The two room Cottage Suite has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath and a living room with a queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, big screen LCD, DVD player, refrigerator and micro wave. The Cottage Suite opens to a private deck and small garden. Please note that the Cottage Suite can only be reserved by calling the Homestead Inn.
Main House 1st Floor
Room 1: A large, quiet room located on the first floor with both a queen and a twin bed, sitting area and a desk. Room 2: (Not Pictured) is a cozy room on the first floor, offering one full sized bed, desk and easy chair.
Room 3: A quiet, tastefully decorated room on the first floor, offering a king size bed, sitting area and desk.
Main House 2nd Floor
Room 21: A small, bright second floor room with a double bed, desk and small sitting area.
Room 22: A colorful, spacious and bright room on the second floor with two double beds, a large sitting area and a desk.
Room 23: While slightly smaller than our other queen rooms, this bright room is quiet and tastefully decorated. Includes a small sitting area and desk.
Room 24: A tastefully decorated queen room that is bright and has a large bay window offering a view of well manicured lawns and the top of the Village Green. This room also offers a small sitting area and desk.
Room 25: A large, corner room with a wonderfully detailed tin ceiling. This room has both a queen and a twin sized bed, as well as a sitting area and a desk. Relaxing and bright, the banks of windows offer quality views of the Village Green and surrounding neighborhood.
Treadwell House
Rooms 31 & 32: Two large motel rooms with queen beds, sitting area and room for a roll-a-way bed. Room 32 is shown.
Room 33 & 34: Two nice sized motel rooms, both with sitting areas and queen sized beds. Room 36: Cozy room with a queen bed, a double bed and a desk. (no image available)
Room 37: A large room in our motel with a queen sized bed, a double bed, refrigerator, microwave, and a sitting area.

Two night minimum on weekends May-October and on holiday and special weekends.
Reservations recommended. One night's deposit required, credited to last night of stay. All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival to insure refund.
Reservations for 3 or more rooms require a longer cancellation period, contact us for details.

Pets: We do allow well behaved pets in Treadwell House only, for an additional $10.00 per night. Pets must be crated if left in the room unattended. Fee will be waived after the first three nights.
