Living RoomA spacious living room with fireplace and library provides a comfortable setting where guests may socialize, listen to music or curl up with a good book in front of the fire.
In warmer weather, guests can relax in our beautifully landscaped yard and gardens.
A hearty breakfast is served each morning 7:30-9:30 a.m. Breakfast and refreshments (evening and on arrival) are included in room rates.
There are four spacious guest rooms, each appointed with period furniture. Each has a private bath, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, WI-FI and access to a guest phone. Fax and copy capabilities are also available. Off-street parking is available and the Yale and city buses stop out front.

SJeannine and Michael became enchanted with B&B's during trips to Ireland. Jeannine is an gourmet cook and former Set Dancer; Michael is an Irish tenor with a recorded album called Soldiers' Songs. Jeannine is a retired programmer/data analyst; he a retired public relations executive. They have two children Michele and Sean and grandchildren Connor, Mary Kate McGuire, Aaron & Morgan. Smokey, who is not allowed in the guestrooms, is their cat in residence. English is spoken

From Rt. 91 North & South: Take Exit 6 (Willow & Blatchley). (Coming north it is a left-hand exit.) Turn right at end of exit ramp onto Willow St. Stay on Willow until it ends and take a right onto Whitney Ave. After blinking light, look for Highland St. on left. We are the third house on the left after Highland. Yellow house with white trim and green shutters and door. From Rt. 95 North & South: Take Exit 48, RT 91 North and follow direction above for RT 91 North & South.
From Rt. 15 North & South: Take Exit 61 (Whitney Avenue)(Hamden). Head toward New Haven. At approximately 3.3 miles you will enter New Haven. Go straight at the next light (East Rock Avenue). The next right is Huntington. We are the fifth house on the right after Huntington. Yellow house with white trim and green shutters and door.
From the airport (Hartford, CT (BDL-Bradley Intl.): Take Route 91 South and follow directions about for RT 91 North & South.
