A Meadow House

A Meadow House is a very Charming, Country Elegant, Warm, Inviting, Serene, Relaxing, Comfortable Home that just offers EVERYTHING country living has to offer right from my own front door! Without getting in your car and leaving, you can enjoy Auto Racing and Spectating on the hillside with a romantic picnic on a blanket as Lime Rock Park is not just the FASTEST Road Course in North America it is a PARK!

After you are greeted by Pumpkin our plump and very friendly (mostly outdoor) Cat, you can go Hiking on my many Footpaths on my Mountainside, Pick Wildflowers on my Hillside, or have some fun Sleigh Riding! Go over to the Meadow and Fly a Kite, Cross Country Ski or Snowmobile! Swing in my Hammock-for-Two and Bird Watch, or plan a Bar-B-Que and invite Friends over for a game of "Touch" Football or Bocce. Build a Campfire and enjoy an Evening under the Stars in the Hot Tub!...or do absolutely NOTHING! Or, better than "nothing", enjoy an IN HOME SPA SERVICE: THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE, REFLEXOLOGY, or REIKI in front of the Fireplace after a soak in the Hot Tub!

The Meadow House can be enjoyed if you require just one room and stay as a Bed & Breakfast guest or you can rent the ENTIRE HOUSE for a weekend or even longer. When you stay at my Meadow House you will fee like you just borrowed your friend's vacation home because you just did!

My daughter and I live on Long Island but we have a beautiful Historic 1850 Farmhouse on a sprawling Meadow and Hillside that we retreat to for Country Get-Aways...this is our Vacation Home...and it can be YOURS too! You can come join us as a Bed & Breakfast accommodation, or rent the Entire House for a weekend, or an extended stay! This Historic Home is just SECONDS from the Main Gate at Lime Rock Park...America's FASTEST Road Course...and the home of Skip Barber Racing School! My daughter and I are SCCA Racing Officials, and love the excitement of the Track, combined with the Serenity of the House on the other side of the Huge Meadow. Our location is right on the Appalachian Trail, minutes from the Housatonic River, Music Mountain, The Sharon Playhouse, rafting, cycling, golf, hiking right in my own backyard mountain paths, sledding on my own hillside, antiquing, winery tours, skiing, hunting, fly fishing, gourmet dining.....EVERYTHING Country Living has to offer!

Bring wildflowers home from your Vacation from the hillside... come To Lime Rock Park for FREE with my Residents Passes (while they last), get up close and personal with famous Race Car Drivers and get into the Paddocks for a Tour...enjoy the backyard like you were home and invite friends over for a Bar-B-Que, or nightly fire pit gathering in oversized White Wicker Armchairs, swing in the Hammock-for-two, take a soak in the hot tub.
