The Elkwood Tavern Suite
This suite features a warm, lavished atmosphere that embellishes the richness and serenity of the land. The Tavern Suite is adorned in Old-English Renaissance decor with a magnificent panoramic view of the San Juan Mountains. This suite has a King Size Bed, Private patio, full size living room with a queen sofa bed, wet bar, and small refrigerator. The Elkwood Tavern Suite is perfect for a romantic getaway, yet accommodates up to 4 people. ($173 - Double Occupancy)

The Mountain Cabin
The Mountain Cabin Suite is located on the main floor overlooking the courtyard with private access to the Hot Tub. As you step into this comfy queen suite you will immediately feel the calmness and simplicity that a luxury cabin bestows. This suite offers a private bath, private sitting room with a fireplace & bedroom. The Mountain Cabin Suite can accommodate guests with physical limitations. Sleeps 2. ($155 - Double Occupancy)

Wilderness Loft Suite
The Wilderness Loft Suite upholds Elkwood Manor's rustic log charm and peacefulness of the wild. This deluxe King Suite, secluded on the second floor, has a private balcony and two private sitting areas with two spectacular views. Staying in the Wilderness Loft Suite tenders the oppoortunity to enjoy intimate evenings by the fireplace or a cozy hide-away for thought and relaxation. Sleeps 2. ($169 - Double Occupancy)

Country Executive Suite
The Executive Suite is decorated Pagosa Country Style, located on the first floor of Elkwood Manor. This suite is suitable for Families, Couples, Guests with Physical Limitations & Business Travelers. The Country Executive Suite features a bedroom with a queen bed and Fireplace, a cozy Sitting Room with its own Fireplace and computer desk, & a large Private Bath with double sinks. A privacy door separates the two rooms. A queen Murphy Bed in the sitting room allows the suite to convert easily into a family accommodation. Sleeps 2 - 4. ($149 - Double Occupancy)

Policies
If you have any dietary restrictions not mentioned during the reservation process please let me know as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy: A 50% deposit will be taken at during the reservation process up to $100. Late Arrival Policy: Please try to check in between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, after 9:00 pm a late arrival fee of $30 will be assessed. If you cancel seven days prior to your arrival date a $15.00 administration fee will be retained and the balance of your deposit will be refunded. After seven days, your deposit will be retained and an Elkwood Manor Gift Certificate will be issued for that amount. The Gift Certificate will expire 1 year from date of issue. If you are a "No Show" and Elkwood Manor was not notified a Gift Certificate will not be issued.
Elkwood Manor does impose a "No Shoe Policy". Slippers are provided for your convenience or you may bring your favorite pair. "Rubber-soled Indoor Use Only" shoes are accepted if required.

No Pets
Please let us know if you plan to arrive past 5 pm.
Late Arrival Fee. A $30 late arrival fee will be imposed if you arrive after 9:00 pm.
